So, between now and court case "if it gets that far" which is aprox 8 months, the cost is negligible, compared to the TENS of MILLIONS Nova should regain from a favourable decision?

How can HL have made the error, when it states, clearly in the BLUE LSE "Pinned Post" that votes cast electronically, will be carried over?

Do HL advise Nova or Lse how to word a Pinned Post?

And it is still "PINNED" there now, I dont see how HL are at fault? This is either a LSE or NOVA error imo, of course happy to be proved wrong?

The proxy paragraph states if voted electronically there was no need to re vote? Yet when Wilson said we have to re vote, I went and checked my HL account and there it was, a link asking me to re vote?

Confusing or deliberate? Who knows, but something smeels fishy imo ?

As it states that votes cast by electronic means - as many oif us did with HL etc, were disguarded as I had to re vote, and would not have done so, had KT and Wilson not hii lighted the iussue?

So, that would mean many "no votes" may not have counted allowing an easier chance of getting the resolutions through?

If you ask HL by secure message they will get the proxy register to respond and confirm that your vote was accepted, they did for me, and I got exactly the same info as you state?
