Maybe, if Yourgene do have more in avenues, into more places, this was part of the strategy, as whether you take one portfolio or two, in your briefcase to an appointment, would be little difference, and certainly does not need two sales persons, two support teams, more vehicles etc and two sets customer services, UNLESS additional/increased sales volume dictates?

Finally, as for decided to concentrate on other ventures, could be instead written, as is now retraining in customer care and relations, and how to treat shareholders with professionalism, rather than contempt, because being an ignorant prat, didnt get him (and others) re-elected!
