I agree with KT if Nova are confident, they will want to get to court, to get what is due!

On the other hand, the amount the dhsc dispute is pittance compared to the VIP fast track, that has so far written off 7.9 billion?

I would like to think Nova's settlement when it eventually gets sorted, will be in excess of 100 million? Lets hope there are no more sub clauses, to pay out greedy directors / ex directors for doing very little but keep quiet and get paid!

Imo the Tories will drag it out as long as possible, as they have so many "issues" to hide / close /make disappear, before they can hand over to Labour... otherwise many will end up in a non extradition country or jail!!! Post office / Covid Handling and Vip Farce Liz Trusses mini budget... They need to fix things before letting go... Nova is pocket change, to the greed of this government?
