Imo The contract will either be binding or not, if dhsc has found a loop hole..

Judge will base everything on fact and what can be proven, not circumstance or maybe or possibly, it will be down to it works, because, or it failed, because?

If there were any doubt that GM had miss sold or whatever, I cannot see JW allowing the full bonus payment, until Dhsc resolved... as he would not have earnt said bonus cleanly?
