I am happy to see dividends knocked on the head for a while....once restructured and acquisitions taken in to account we should see steady growth....CFO buy right now would not go a miss along with director buys

Gunthorpe if you look they are two different parts of the same group of companies so the 4.94% (still below threshold) is the voting rights and the 5.27% is both combined.....as you said they will be below notifiable threshold now and would not expect to see another TR1.....its wrong that they are allowed to do this IMO

So you expect fold to just go back through their research and cross reference TR1's and historical data to provide you with how much they bought/sold and originally paid for shares? who knows why they are selling.....they may of reached the target....they may of breached the criteria for them holding....who knows....originally they were holding Oceanwood Capital Management LLP 4,376,833 shares 7.1% other than that you will have to DYOR

Gunthorpe ii/funds don't have to report anything below 5%....also if an ii or fund give a sell order to a broker then it does not have to be reported until completion at which point a TR1 will be generated
