Kind of stinks that after shareholders sending emails etc etc that this happens.....just goes to show that Colin has not been applying enough pressure or a good work ethic to push it through.....could also be that he has allowed spivs to get in too.....and a raise is nailed on for development (should it go that far) long road to go but.....looking far better than it was for us long term holders who got burnt with the shocking RNS of late

Mr Velloza will be formally appointed to the Board following satisfactory completion of the customary due diligence for an AIM listed company board appointments. A further announcement confirming his appointment will be made after the ZIOC Annual General Meeting on 5 September 2018 and will include the disclosures required under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.

In addition, Mr Michael Haworth has informed the Company that he wishes to step down as a Director to focus on other business commitments and accordingly will retire by rotation at this Annual General Meeting and will not stand for re-election.
