Tiger, I think you are obsessed with this share and the Metlon takeover story. You are just speculating and it's your wishful thinking just like many of us . You have to hear any news of that sort in a rns. You have been shouting 2P by January 25 from December 24. Even after 3 months, the sp is stuck at 0.10

You also mention that what you say is not a financial advice. So please relax and let people decide for themselves what they want to do with their shares. How long you are going to say the same things again and again? Let DP do the talking through rns and then everything will be good. I'm still holding and added more yesterday and will be adding more into my shares ISA account in a few days time. I only can say one thing that we will be rewarded but don't know when and how long it will take. There is a possibility that if there is no significant news in the near future, the sp may drop further. So fingers crossed, we get news of some kind very soon just to stay at these levels. SP has to move up before 6th April as stocks and shares ISA deadline kicks in. Then when DP raises £3 million, is the time to get in. Exciting times ahead, I believe.

Is it time to get excited? I don't know.. Resolutions will be passed on Friday. Unless FOMO kicks in.

DT, if you took a punt at EZE, how is it beneficial to rock shareholders? I had taken a punt here believing Melton would take over at 2p. Or the jok report would be published. Nothing of that sort is happening as tiger is gone back to me rocks

It's all speculation and wishful thinking on these aim stocks except we guarantee nice fat salaries for the board who seems to care less of the shareholders.

If Rockfire asked for this authority every year, then this one is different. This is 72% of the total shares in issue and has a expiry date of 30th June 25. So, Price will definitely raise the money before the expiry date or else why would he have a expiry date of 3 months?Something is up his mind and definitely it will be above the current SP. If it's not, then keep some cash aside to get in lower. Definitely not selling but will be adding more if it dips in the new financial year, I have ISA allowance to fill more. So, happy to wait and see. 100% ownership by paying hellenic in cash and preferably shares and also grant of options at 0.25 makes me inclined to think something positive is coming in the next 3 months.

I think Price has asked shareholders, authority to raise upto £3million as he intends to go for a JV. He knows that is the best route as no buyer will pay for the value which is in the ground. I also think he has someone willing for a JV. And this will happen in the next quarter very soon. This is just my opinion. I may be wrong.
