186.5 million shares isn't a big amount considering that there is already 3 billion shares in issue. The market can absorb it easily. They should have a stockpot interview to interact with the shareholders about the plans going forward which will boost the sp.

The £3 million headroom which was passed recently has a expiry date of 30 June 25. So, I would probably guess that a raise would come before that expiry date and offcourse there could be potential positive news coming before the raise. So, if would keep some spare cash aside just incase David uses the headroom to raise money.

If it can fall 25% in a day, then it can rise 50% in a day without news. Don't waste your precious time sitting and watching the sp. In the long term, this will be a winner with the right person as a Director. Come in a year to watch this space. My question is why dukemont capital involved in real state industry completely re invented itself with a new name and new sector of AI?
