What a weird and wonderful lot some of you are. The FUD merchants are the weirdest. Then come the people who can't be bothered to read or do their research. Then, there are the sensible people, who have loaded up here at the bargain price we're at now - and are positive about this share.
Here's a few simple facts and, a summary of where we are -
1. Dukemount Capital PLc was one of many bombed out main market micro cap companies that we in desperate need of a deal.
2. A very smart Tax Accountantant called Richard Edwards came along and took control of the PLC.
3. Richard maybe knew, or had previously met The Professor. Whatever, they had an AI meeting of minds.
4. Together they cooked up a stonking equity deal which gave them board and equity control for virtually no cash cost. I say jolly well played, and good luck to them on this, because the alternate for Dukemount shareholders was death by a thousand cuts.
5. During Feb, March & April everything moved up a gear, the SP charged ahead 1000% ahead, and then pulled back. That's all usual in a period of transition.
6. Most recently, last week, The Professor held an open LinkedIn meeting. He conducted that with svelte precision. I was able to ask him some pertinant questions in person and, had the opportunity to watch his body language whilst he answered. He easily navigated my trip wires. Specifically, his answer to my question "why, as a Silicon Valley vetran, did you decide to monetise your AI expertise through an obscure London Listed micro cap, rather than a NASDAQ listed SPAC with $100m in the bank. I will post a link so you can listen to his answer. The sensible posters will have already listened to his answer.
7. I know my way around Public markets, having listed several companies (including one I founded and ran for 15 years) by way of convential IPOs and Reverse Aquisitions "RTO". RTOs are really difficult, and take 6 months. I don't think Capai and R42 will do that.
8. The recent $37m Healx Series C fund raise lead by R42 and ATOMICO epitomises the quality of The Professor's creditentials. THE FUD MERCHANTS SHOULD GOOGLE ATOMICO TO FULLY UNDERSTAND THE QUALITY IN QUESTION.
Whatever shape the ultimate Capai business model turns into and, depending on the outcome of the ADVANCED NEGOTIATIONS with R42, this share is a £15m micro market cap situation that could so very easily quickly turn into a reasonably valued £150m small cap opportunity.
