190 million buy but the price didn't go up. Means that there are still placing shares to be sold before they raise the sp up.

Not ramping. Just saying , why would anyone buy 6.11% if this company is uninvestible as someone said. I am positive about this company as I have invested in this company and already in profit. Still this is trading in oversold territory and I see an opportunity to make some serious money here.
