Member Info for vads

Last time I posted here, about 14 months ago, price was 33p.

I noticed this statement in the latest report:

''The company is in the process of issuing proceedings against a former director in order to seek damages for various breaches of fiduciary duty. The Company is also in the process of issuing proceedings against Online Blockchain PLC for monies transferred to that company.''

I wonder what this is all about.

Overall it seems they are moving in the right direction. Will now buy a few and leave it for a year or two.

Am I right to say that now there are about 44000000 shares. Then the company is valuesd at £14.5 Mil.

A long time ago, I remember someone saying this share at a much higher price was money on the floor. Result shows no profit was made. Is this worth 33p. I don't know.

I think , agreement has been reached in principal but all the affairs should be conducted as per the regulations and the current directors are responsible for that.

Why there is no news about the new directors joining the board. Thought it was to be finalized by the 18th of March.

May they sold the shares to the new coming directors.

One of the proposed directors is Tony Wollenberg the founder of City Index. This guy will be turning this company around.

I think if they are doing this just to keep their jobs, Company is better off without them. Directors get 1.5 mil salaries and the profit for all shareholders is around the same figure.

New directors once in will turn this business upside down. .Let’s hope it goes smoothly.

Another question is what are these "valuable assets which could well be of interest to a number of parties. "
