No.. they can't be floating if they are held by investors. There may be a very small fraction (May) 1-2% which is chicken feed..

NAK you think AIM is bad , ASX moves 25-50% on stupid little trades , now that is untradable.
AIM has alway been the main market for Syn trading over 80% of the shares in issue.
Completely moving to AIM is a great move and with everything we have in the pipeline I wouldn't be surprised if we end up on the main market.

More buys than sells on the ASX yesterday.

Why a share overhang, they are already in the market. It's a consolidation not an issue of new shares.
Most of the shares or all that coming over will be already held by existing share holders.

Also all AGM's and other meetings should be held in the UK now .
This is a good move.

The intention to delist from ASX is driven mainly by the fact that the vast majority of shares are on AIM and we wish to remove the cost and complexity of the ASX listing. ASX shares will be cross linked to AIM.

Why people are panicking is beyond me.

Because a few fish move in a pond it doesn't mean they should all move, it's a huge pond.
So many upsides to this and I can't see any down sides apart from the SP sliding , but that is expected and some will sell and move on, especially those who bought at about .06.
