Eagle. All parties of interest entered into due diligence which gave them a chance to go through the companies previous work and on going works.
In my mind the RNS was released when one party remaining in closed envelope offers was selected.. due diligence is now in force for remaining company.
I should think it's across the table paperwork exercise now.
An RNS could not state what's been offered by one company for others to see (confidential offer). This is why I think only 1 remains. ;-)

Gordon it does say in the RNS upto 51%. If it is 51% and also a blue chip company we are laughing all the way to the bank.. ;-)

Due diligence has been going on through the whole process, the remaining party has seen all they need to see after going through all paperwork and pre work carried out by (oilex / synergia).
In my mind this is a done deal . The terminology in the RNS is as would be used in selling a house ( sold subject to contract). ALL BASED COVERED.
Now waiting on full confirmation of deal.. IMO.

We don't know how many companies were interested in the JV. All offers have to be looked at in detail from both parties. All we know that there were a few interested including Blue Chip companies.
Must be very close now.. nothing leaked thus far.. ;-)
