A couple of weeks ago the mkt cap was a ridiculous 15 M ,
today we are at an unbelievable 14 M !
The BoD probably need to forget this opportunistic `Concert Party` and start worrying about a serious bid from a serious industry operator .
When this drill is successfully completed (Forget the EWT) I think the sp will rocket up , proof of capability and production I`m sure will attract serious attention . No wonder PH has turned into `Secret Squirrel` .
All seems to have gone quiet on the PD vote front , are they hoping for the inevitable rerate before showing their hand on that one ?

I don`t think this a distressed seller , I think this Company`s shareholder list is infected by some very bad actors , and some very corrupt individuals working to an agenda set by some entity with a strategy that is not in the interests of ordinary PI`s .
People can seemingly get away with anything in this AIM casino . It`s a disgrace .

I know that I have made this point before , but worth repeating :
This value issue (90 Million Mkt Cap) raises this concern I have about EQT : I think that The Concept , TheTech and The potential is so great here that we may be at serious risk of being taken out by some opportunistic predator at a price that completely undervalues the future business .
DP really must try to advance closures and other developments as quickly as possible and improve sentiment and confidence .
Failure to do so greatly increases risk . By that I mean , although shareholders are likely to benefit from any acquisition
( an absolute minimum of 2.5p from here ), shareholders would likely be denied the opportunity of fully benefiting from the development of this business .
It is a WIN / WIN , but , I would prefer the winning team to be the EQT Team !
I would not be surprised at behind the scenes untoward machinations .
That UT borders on farcical !

We live in a world where `Instant Gratification` is expected , indeed demanded ~~~ many people seem to rely on their Mobile phone , Twitter or Facebook to tell them what to do and ,
if you`re guided by some of the clowns that post their one liners on here , then , as Reg would no doubt say :
You deserve to lose `Yer Kegs` !
Sad . imo .

The whole market is in a very unsettled mood :
Covid Chaos , Political Chaos , Geo political threats , Democratic dangers , Global conflict fears , Inflation fears , Oil price volatility , Global warming issues , Shortages of food / materials / labour .......
In fact the whole world is in a very unsettled mood .
Companies in the new developing Green Sector have all been hit , some very hard , and for some of the reasons above developing this sector has clearly slowed significantly .
Cash conservation is becoming a primary concern .
EQT is not immune , what can I do ?

1. Nothing ! Hold the stock I have and wait for the inevitable recovery , demand and profitability .
2. Sell , sit on the cash and await confirmation development .
3. Buy , at a much reduced price guaranteeing future capital gain .

For myself it is definitely 1. ~ But ~ also 3. As I continue to add a little more when I can .

I agree that this investment has not moved forward as quickly as I had first hoped , but that has not changed my enthusiasm for the concept , the technology , the management team , the inevitable demand and the future profitability with capital gain .

Clear thinking , forward strategy , and patience will surely be rewarded .

Thinking further about a possible acquisition :
A rough outline :
The current Mkt Cap is around 95M GBP . In addition to work in progress , an unquantified pipeline of projects , the near completion of ; Croatia , Greece , Italy and hopefully Northfork by the year end , they have a proven Technology that WILL be required into the immediate future , and 15M + Cash in the bank.
I think that presents an interesting opportunity for a Company wishing to advance their `Green `credentials .
I would imagine anything less than 250M would never be acceptable . However , should something like this materialise , there are other attractive Green Companies that have also taken a huge battering during the last seven months .
Of course it would be disappointing not to see this adventure through to completion , but that depends how any offer were structured (All cash / all stock / cash + stock) and then you might just have the opportunity to ride another horse to the winning post ......So many possibilities .
Bottom Line ~ we must be Rock Bottom Valuation !
Almost certainly exciting developments and share price accretion in the next few months .
What`s first ? Croatia ~ Greece ~ or an improved arrangement to resolve Northfork ?
DP must be like a Kid in a Candy store with all that cash , and I`m sure he`s smart enough not to choke on a Gob-Stopper !
I suspect news next week .

Good Morning all ~~~ errrm ~~~ Morning all !
Volume is certainly up , but there are clearly some negative influences :
* The whole market has been weak for some time .
* Inflation fears exaggerating nervousness .
* Holiday season .
* Covid delays .
* All the `Greenies` seem to be under the cosh , all have been weak lately , all seem to be affected today .
* Domino effect . Nervous PI`s . Unacceptable losses from year end highs .
* Northfork concerns ( Temporary and over blown - imo. )
* Poor news flow .
* No information re Partnership (s) / JV.
* Slow conclusion to complete closures .
* Slow progress has allowed dishonourable actors to instill fear and doubt .
* Perceived delays creating perceived failure . etc...etc..

I can understand why some PI`s have become disillusioned but :
NONE of the above issues represent failure ,
NONE of the above are permanent impediments to the development of this Company .
NONE of the known problems or delays can not be overcome .
NONE of the negatives posted up here have Company destructive substance .

Disappointing , I agree , but don`t lose sight of the overall strategy , the much needed proven Technology , the progress already made , the recent $16m raise , progress already made , and the exciting potential before this year is out ...and beyond .
A concern that I DO have , is that if the Mkt cap is eroded much further , this Company might just become the focus of some opportunistic predator .
I would advise NOT to throw in the sponge at this stage ! ~ and ~
