With some experience of their influence on Company valuation , I`m no fan of Miton !
They are often lauded as a huge measure of support once they have to declare a holding in a Company and on the positive side they do seem to have a knack of spotting growth and development opportunities .
However , they are susceptible to the vagaries of their own shareholder demands and without warning are quite adept at exiting an investment with a consequential negative impact . In a word I regard them as `Traders` , but they are big traders in little Companies and that can prove problematic . Their activities can be much more damaging to small Companies with more fragile growth prospects . They are aggressive when buying , often raising prices with exposure , cautious and shrewd to grab a quick profit and , they are not always successful .
In this case it would seem that they perhaps feel overexposed as a cash percentage and have or are reducing to crystalise their profit . In this case I think they will have ZERO effect on the growth and development of Zephyr just a little short term constipation which I suspect may have already been cured .
Anyway , enough of Miton , just my view and in the case of Zephyr I feel there is likely to be a scramble for for stock in short supply once the immediate news expectations hit the headlines ~ and there would seem to be much of it ~ a bit like the huge oil and gas (?) reserves !

swazers ~ I `Think` you are new to this thread , I don`t know if you or your friend hold these shares , I dont read Telegram , so I don`t know what`s going on there . BUT ~
If your friend is predicting a fall in the share price based on historical chart evidence and an intransigent belief that the
`Charts never Lie` , then it I can understand why he may be taking some criticism from those who have been invested here for quite some time .
Your own words are certainly unclear and even contradictory :

As someone posted earlier ; The chart is a reflection , an historical record of past performance , which is why you `May` claim that the charts never lie.

This is not some penny AIM Spiv share , there is undoubtedly real quality in this Company , its assets and its people .
As yet the market is unwilling , or unable to recognise that .

The trickle of development information over the last few months has failed to excite investors and done nothing to enhance the market cap . Disappointing but I suppose understandable , investors (probably more accurately described as traders these days) seem to have little appetite for patience and are always on the look out for the latest shinny object .
(Perhaps a bit like the mobile phone phenomena ~ ` Hey I need MORE pixels on my camera `! )

Consequently there has been absolutely no share price excitement for months , which just goes to compound shareholder disappointment . No consideration seems to have been given to the many problems associated with Covid that have undoubtedly had a significant effect on the development of the Company : Lockdowns , transport , materials , supplies , labour , fires , bureaucracy , and third party issues impacting progress .
Issues in the USA are very likely to turn from static / negative to strongly / positive . HUGE potential here alone !
I think many of these issues will diminish in importance , certainly the potential in this business has in no way receded and I remain confident that there will be a resurgence in interest in the near future .

fwiw ~~~ News regarding the many EQT projects can`t be that far away and I think there will soon be a sea change in the appreciation for this hugely under valued , temporarily unloved Company . This might well become apparent before the year end , if not , next year is likely to see a very significant rerating !

The trouble is ~~~ The well result may yet prove favourable , but unless it is a spectacular result ( By that I mean 500 + ) it is ,I think , going to be very hard to lift the share price as dramatically as the dramatic fall .
That might have to await additional production uplift , which might just put additional pressure on the need to raise cash .
It`s a real gamble now . imo .
Although ~ as i have consistently said for the last couple of years : If we were able to get rid of PH I think the sp would have a significant spike and if a replacement were an experienced Oil Man with a proven record and credibility then the spike might well develop into a serious rerating .

Mathematics aside , (and I loved your arbitrary 50% off here and there !) this Company has a lot of associated positives going for it . I also suspect and hope , that once moment does start to build on proven activity , results and investment , it could gather quite a head of steam very quickly .

Wish I had stumbled on this at around the .08 p level !
I`m in at the 6 p mark , but not in the least disappointed .
There is no doubt in my mind that to extract the potential here we are going to need financial support to extract the potential here . What form that comes in I have no idea , there are many possibilities , but when the inevitable news breaks I`m sure there will be a rush for positions and 6p will (hopefully!) be a distant memory .
Even current production at this crazy $85 oil price suggests this is a very good entry point , but we all know how greedy the money men can be . Can`t be long before there`s a bit of upside .

I believe that EQT have more enquiries than they can handle .
COP 26 should prove a boost for the whole sector and, fwiw , I think PHE meed more of a boost than EQT .
PHE are miles behind , I dont think they`ve got a plant up and running yet .
Eventually the investing community will catch on here and there will be a scramble for stock .
Back over the raise price soon , this has been `On Sale` for too long !
