* A 3.5 M buy would have likely sent the price UP .
* The trade is within the parameters of the raise churn ~ 5.10p
* I imagine tat this was a sell placed at open , MM does not reported until order is filled .
* Note how the offer slipped from the open .
* Unfortunately `The Raise Churn` has further to run .
* Fortunately they can`t , or are unlikely to dump , below 5.0 but realistically 5.10 . That`s the floor .

No definitive price predictions from me ~ But ~
If you look at some of the extraordinary historical , and even current , share price valuations of companies in this sector ,
then anything is possible , even probable .
Following the cash raise and the acquisition we would seem to be firmly on the floor at the moment .
I also believe that the CPR will likely kick start the expected rerate .
I betting on 24th or 25th this week , so not much time to adjust shareholdings in advance of an expected sp increase .

Unfortunately we just do not know if that was a buy or sell .
Note that there was a 3,750,000 @ 5p reported from yesterday .
if it was a the same `Spiv` Sell , then a quick 37500 GBP profit .
You just can`t read these trades accurately in this `Casino` .
However ~ I do think that we have a 5p floor in place , the `Churn ` seems to have subsided a little , and with potentially positive news to come very soon , I`m hopeful that we could be on our way north again .

Just based on current projects and proven enterpriseI value I believe this current Market cap of c.75M is too low .
If there is any further reduction , unfortunately I could see this becoming a target for some predator with vision and financial flexibility to accelerate this business into a productive development phase .

I`m somewhat surprised and a little disappointed that Woody haven`t become much more actively involved , although they certainly have their own issues as priorities at the moment .
North America is a very real opportunity , the technology is proven , the business model perhaps more tenuous , I`m not dismissing the possibility of a takeover .

it`s difficult to understand the illogical attitude of Mr Market , investors , politicians , local government and the public .
In a world where plastics , waste , oil and CO2 emissions are destroying the planet , at the moment there seems to be little appetite to invest in practical innovation and alternative solutions .
Like the first steam engines , we seem to be restricted to 25mph , and a man with a red flag walking in front of progress .
Very disappointing , but this situation will eventually surely change .

The Share Price !
Although most of the presentation (All?) was already in the public domain , what a simply excellent presentation last
night . Solid , professional , factual and a serious commitment to drive the business profitability as quickly as possible .
As soon as the moneymen have dumped their stock and we have the detail of this CPR , I am sure we`ll be heading north again .
I would love to see the BoD take up a few more shares as soon as the CPR is published , that would light the touch paper ;)
Perhaps next week , but i imagine they are shrewd enough to delay until the churn subsides .
Having said that , traded volumes have recently been negligible , perhaps its just the impatient moving on , I find it impossible to read these short term gyrations !

I don`t think this is an ideal time to be thinking of selling (Of course individuals have their very specific needs.)
I hope to enlarge my holding ,but , things have been a little quiet and I would like to hear more about how we are progressing from DP , and if possible on a more regular timescale .
Imo , we are very much in oversold territory and as soon as concept is turned into income generated through production and profit , I have every confidence that the sp will start to make strong gains again .
I`m particularly hopefully that positive news soon from the North American operations will turn the tide .
It`s amazing really , when you think of the dire climate issues facing the world that operators such as EQT `Appear` to be on the back burner .
Where are these priorities , the politicians , the investors , the public and all those screaming GREEN ?
Our day will come I`m sure .

You`re not wrong about that Whistler !
In fact it`s very difficult to point to any positives .
One day the World will have to address the global debt problem , I can`t think of a country not affected . Perhaps Iceland , who took the hit head on when their National bank collapsed in the 2009 financial crisis . On the geopolitical front tensions are extraordinarily high , you might be forgiven for thinking that factions across the world were just itching to fight . I exclude Africa and most of the Middle East ~ They are always fighting !
Then we have a reason for much of our current woes ~ World Leaders .
On the one hand we have the dictators , on the other we have `The Best of the West` .
What an awful bunch of hapless , egotistical dead beats .
Trump was a disaster , Biden is from the fat to the fire :(

I am just a little concerned that the CPR publication timing slipped a few weeks .
Perhaps delayed to get the placing out of the way , there was certainly no point in releasing it as the placing shares were inevitably going to be churned .
Fingers crossed that we are not going to be disappointed .

I WOULD like to see another placing ~~~
I would like to see the total share capital placed as soon as possible with an alternative quality operator .
If the asset is as good as we`ve been led to believe , we will all be able to exit with some gain .
As CH said himself that one day he would consider selling the Company ~~~ `Just Do It `~ asap !
I can not participate tomorrow , but I really hope that those who can will ignore the reassuring charm smiles and get a genuine response to some very determined and inquisitive questioning to the many unanswered and troublesome issues .
It`s our money ~ we deserve better and certainly much more clarity .

The sp has collapsed from c. 7p (even higher at times) to 5p . Those recent investors who sold have likely made a loss .
The finance house has made capital out of the usual churn .
Those who invested in the positive rhetoric mid last year are most certainly likely to be `Out of Pocket`.
For what ever reason , and I accept that circumstances are always subject to change , investors believed `No Dilution` .
Expansion funded for earnings . This has not been the out come .

As you say ; for those who could partake ~~~ As I said ~ Many shareholders could not and do not want this additional liability no matter how good it may appear to be into the future .
As for " Making the most of the current sp " ~ Well that`s just not happening and we all know why .
The banks are churning away their gifted shares for a double pay day .
You are no doubt in the fortunate category of having been invested from the early days c. 1p/2p , and I understand that you have already cashed in some substantial gain , but for those persuaded to invest through 2021 this has turned into a serious disappointment .
As I have mentioned I do hope that CH has something positive to say about the current unacceptable situation , because it`s not just sentiment that has been damaged , it is reputation .

Perhaps because we were assured that any fund raise would be self supporting .
This might be an astute purchase , but the consequences have turned out to be dilution in the region of some 16% , and a nasty warrant issue which ( I suspect ) most shareholders dont want and many cant afford .
The finance boys have taken a serious bite out of management credibility and worse still OUR pockets .
I hope that this CPR - when it does eventually turn up - rekindles some enthusiasm here and that CH has something really positive to say tomorrow .

I agree Tom , when the smoke clears I am confident that we will all be a lot happier with the direction of the share price .
I wonder if CH , the rest of the BoD and a bunch of his financial contacts are going to participate in Tranche 2 ?

I remain rather puzzled by the total lack of volume !
Before the fundraising details we had quite a substantial volume of late reported trades . I estimated these to be in the region of 15M . These trades effectively brought the SP down to the placing price c. 5p , again that would seem to be normal on shady AIM , as the beneficiaries forward sold their shares .
Since then there has been hardly any trading .
As the 2nd tranche , the real `Diluter` of some 170M , is dependent on shareholder approval are te `Beneficiaries ` holding back until that approval is given ? I`m not sure that they would be permitted to forward sell that tranche .
Next , as the bid price is now 5p , how can they sell and make their %margin ?
I`m wondering just what volume is now in `Safe` institutional or long term investors hands .
There are elements of this raise which leave me very puzzled .
I expect that post new share issue CH will start to release long anticipated information ~ CPR and the results of the much anticipated flow tests . I hope that this rich news period wont provide a platform for the fund sponsors just to dump their stock and suppress forward momentum .
Hopefully , the figures and forward plans are so compelling this 15%-ish dilution will be easily absorbed .
What is not yet clear is just how spectacular the enlarged business will look , and how that along with the CPR will subsequently affect a new valuation .
Confused , but exciting times ahead ~ imo !
