Nelson ~ Perhaps the crucial and most pertinent elements of the report are known to ZPHR and are a fundamental cornerstone to negotiations that may be ongoing with a third party . The content of the CPR might just compromise any financial arrangements and prove unhelpful to any JV type of agreement .

fwiw , I regard this ongoing situation as as a serious positive .
My thoughts are that this is linked to the delays in the CPR .
To avoid conflict with the regulators it would be possible to ask Sproule to `Go back and check that ~~"

ie ; There are likely to be means available to delay receipt of the `Complete` report .
Why would CH wish to do that ?
My feeling is that the project in total is far too big and far too complex for ZPHR to go it alone .
I would not be surprised at all to learn that some partnership / JV is being finalised .
The current Global situation has probably complicated further the ongoing discussions and created additional delays.
A tantalising situation which I am convinced will conclude with a spectacular outcome for shareholders .
Just a question of waiting for confirmation and the detail .

Weird day on the market for ZPHR even by the weird trading and pricing for ZPHR over the last couple of months and even by the usual crazy AIM standards !
* Did War and no CPR give the `Spivs` the perfect medium to play their games ?
* c. 4m Buys ~ 2.5m Sells + 400k ?`s and even aiming off for `Unknown trades` we are still end up down .!
* Quite a few big rollovers / sells in the. morning , countered by the opposite activity in the afternoon !
* A few nice big buys .
* I know little about charts but , was there a gap 5.65 - 5.70 now filled ?
* Panic induced am selling ~ Panic FOMO in the afternoon ?

It all makes little sense unless you are perhaps party to some trading cabal .
I hope that ordinary investors have not been spooked out of their holdings , because whatever is / has been going on I imagine that the CPR and News can not bye far away now . Nothing has fundamentally changed , in fact I would say that the outlook has seriously improved (Just my opinion.)
I think 0il hit $113 , and although this will inevitably correct I did hear that it is likely to remain at least at these levels for some considerable time . Some have even suggested $200 if this nightmare conflict persists .
What a pity ZPHR is listed on the shady AIM market .
Although just remember how fortunate we are when you watch the news tonight and witness the abject misery of innocent people particularly children , terrified by the actions of a deranged dictator and his corrupt thugs .

I would have bought a few more today but made another little contribution to the Ukraine Fund instead .

I suspect there is something significant going on behind closed doors , other than the rubber stamping of the CPR .
Hopefully / surely something very positive .

* Even with the bare minimum return of .01 on the placing price , the gain would be around 250,000 GBP .
* Effectively zero risk as the financier would , and somebody obviously was , preselling from c. 8p in December .
* Should some entity be building a stake , they wouldn`t need to declare until their order was fulfilled .
* With so many very large `Unkowns` in recent months I imagine`They` have been trading the guts out of this .
* The issue for me is the potential future value to be revealed in the CPR .
* CH has staked his reputation on this , supported by his (and the BoDs ) not insignificant stake in the business.
* Not long to wait (Thursday or Friday imo) but I`m not banking on a rapid recovery just yet .
* Short term I am hoping for some clarity , stability and forward progress .
* ~ and ~ of course I would also like to know the identity of any major II ~ IF ~ there is one .

If you hold shares here , I share your pain .
There are a number of options open to you :
* Sell , take the hit , the pain will eventually dissipate with the loss .
* Buy more , reduce your average .
* Wait and see how the Company develops .
* Keep your own counsel , don`t unnerve other investors .

Deramping the Company in which you hold shares makes no sense , unless of course you dont hold shares .

Imo , I just can`t see this Oil price being sustained at c. $90 .
Implications for global inflation and industry would surely be dire .

On the other hand ;
I just do not comprehend how totally unaffordable house prices just keep on (apparently) rising .
Although , I do have an opinion : Perhaps something to do with the Bankrupt Banking system which failed to take responsibility during the 2009 financial crash . If the housing market does collapse where does that leave the Spivs ?
Far better to keep kicking the can down the road and pray that inflation diminishes their debt .

Perhaps some nervousness around the imminent RNS .
CH will definitely not be selling the Company at this valuation level ,
but someone is perhaps building a little interest ~ perhaps .
As with most Companies ( All ? ) on AIM , there are always a lot of `Perhaps s` !

The technology is brilliant , the concept outstanding .
The execution has so far been very disappointing .
Problems associated with delays in construction , finance , lack of sponsorship , covid , politics , natural disasters and now global uncertainty with collapsing markets have brought this to its knees .
The overriding issue then translates into fragile finances , which explains the current share price .
All very sad , seriously disappointing and I fear a long road ahead to recover so much lost ground .
