That would not have been possible for multiple reasons .
No point in speculating about these weeks of large late reported trades . They may be positives , going forward I dont think they will prove to be negatives . Remember CH was unable to participate in the raise !
While somewhat unusual , to say the least in this case , a TR1 is not required until an order placed , at a specific price , has been completed and filled . If I was interested in some Partnership or J/ V etc , I would certainly wish to have a stake in the business and if I knew the SP was going to rocket on the release of the news I would be , legitimately , be acquiring a holding .
What is a little disappointing is this slow drift downward , BUT , this is often absolutely typical share price behaviour in advance of some major positive event . I had hoped we would have been higher before `The RNS` .
On the other hand there are `Many` who would be well in profit both pre and post the 5p raise .
These are troubled times and cash is king (as always!)
These machinations are all a mystery at the moment , they may remain that way .
Fun though , ain`t it !!

I`m firmly in the camp that believes 6p is a financial cornerstone in some forthcoming corporate arrangement .
Observations of the `Trading` this year apart and the huge increase in the oil price alone would by any conservative measurement mean that the non op contributions alone , which were obtained when the oil price range was c. $40 / $75 , must be making an vastly increased contribution to the bottom line .
The current Market Cap , 100 M , is surely now wildly out of line and I agree that the higher production and higher prices must be factored in when `The News` final breaks .
I hope we will not be waiting for 1st Q results due at the end of April !

Why would CH wish to do that ?
My feeling is that the project in total is far too big and far too complex for ZPHR to go it alone .
I would not be surprised at all to learn that some partnership / JV is being finalised .
The current Global situation has probably complicated further the ongoing discussions and created additional delays.
A tantalising situation which I am convinced will conclude with a spectacular outcome for shareholders .
Just a question of waiting for confirmation and the detail . "

I feel I have been making these same comments for months , but i sense that something has changed , and something is also about to change !
The stock has been a traders ` Must Participate` since the begining of the year . Since The CH statement 7th March , Traders Spivs , and MM`s have been on a `No Lose` junket . With small volumes and expectations of The RNS tomorrow , it would seem they have been able to walk the sp up and down at will . I am not claiming to be 100% correct , but those who watch the trades out of the corner of their eye might just agree .
I sense that this is fast becoming a very risky pastime , because The RNS could , at last , be very close .
I have also modified another aspect of my assessment of the situation here :
While I am convinced that corporate activity is an element of the forthcoming news flow , I now believe that the financial element in the news flow will be dramatically higher than even the most bullish may have hoped for .
Costs , Production , Revenue , Profit and consequently the Company financial position may exceed the most optimistic estimates .
Don`t get spooked out of your shares ! This might just prove to be the best Market opportunity of the year 2022 .

Well , they`ve had at least 4 months to organise a solution should gas be a temporary problem and a cause of delays and there are many possible profitable solutions .

If ~ IF , this Company is able to grow organically without too much dilution or concessions to partners , I believe that it could indeed become a $ Billion Company . I mentioned this morning that Ten Baggers DO happen .

My post at 08.22 is focused specifically on imminent near term events .
There is no confusion in my mind , nor in my posts . The possible price points I mentioned are based on my experience regarding the consequences of these sort of events on the valuation of the Company .

Short term (next four weeks?) my opinion is that we will move into double digits .
I think you`ll have to hang around a bit for the $Billion valuation ~ BUT ~ Of course it could happen .

Yes ~ without news we may drift a little further , CH indicated around end of March / early April which I also believe to be an indication of some corporate activity associated with the news .
As mentioned several times before : J/V , Partnership etc .
They can`t optimise the potential here on their own . I expect the news , when it comes , to be hugely positive so I don`t really care about the current SP or a further drift from reality . When it does arrive , the sp will reconnect .

Despite some encouraging buying first thing `Soon` clearly did not materialise this morning !

I think that even in the absence of expected news and updates the price of this Company too low .
From a conspiratorial perspective I have to to consider the possibility that the share price is being deliberately held at around this 6p level .
If so , the reason may soon become apparent . Others , than the BoD might be aware of the detail contained in this much anticipated CPR . ( Very likely ~ imo .)
That being the case there could be corporate activity underway ; perhaps a JV , a partnership or even a take over .
In each case the current company value would be a fundamental consideration as the foundation of negotiations .
The ongoing `Delays` and obfuscation regarding operational details leave me feeling that there is much more than the completion of CPR paperwork going on in the background .
It looks as if we are going to have to remain patient a little longer , as indicated in CH`s recent communication :

Not concerned , in fact next week I will be in the market for a `Few More` !

Over the years I have seen the value and share prices of many comparatively weak Companies in this sector rocket simply hot air .
` Ice cold in Alex` here for the time being !
While tethered at the moment , just a little hot air from the BoD , the sweet smell of gas and an ocean of oil in that CPR and I think the balloon will go up .
Current global events and a crazy oil price will surely accelerate the ascent .
The Company with a $Billion VALUATION , would put us at c. 50p .
Ten baggers have happened to far , far less attractive operations !
