Where`s the money going to come from ?

~ has gone from `Horrible ` to `Frightening ` in the course of a very unsatisfactory Interview .
They are now looking for Tier 1 partners !
Why weren`t they doing that in the firs place ?

You have to question the management ability , particularly DP who , with his background in finance `should` have been able to deliver so much more .
So , more trials , more can kicking and I suspect more finance is going to be required .
What a disappointment this has turned out to be .
Unsure what to do , Perhaps a rescue from a third party ?
Perhaps that`s a grasping at straws .

This really does look horrible .
I suspect the widows and orphans have long since gone and that there can be few (any?) left in profit .
There may come a point when the market cap is so low , some far sighted Green opportunist might just spend a bit of their pocket money to exploit the potential in the Tech .
But that may just be wishful thinking .
I just don`t see what management can do now , They`ve got themselves in a real mess.
So sad to see this Company seemingly fall apart .

Why have there been no significant closures ?
Why have operators failed to maintain working plants ?
Why does the Company have to take back control to get them working ?
Why has there been so little determination to bring projects on stream ?
Why haven`t Wood group or A N Other pushed forward with plant building exploiting the Tech ?
Why are Councils so slow to exploit these obvious benefits ? ~~~ etc

The US pipeline regulator has said they will not be allowed to repair or restart operations until it addresses risks to public safety .
This is the second biggest NG opp` in the US , but how long is the piece of string ?

The Company have a developed a bit of a reputation for playing fast and loose with terminology .

* Confirmed project closure / sale .
* Confirmed income /revenue generation .
* Confirmed strategy revision .

Can you clarify which element of their strategy that they "ARE changing "?
As far as I can see , the Detail in their RNS is exactly the same strategy as that they have been operating since I first invested years ago .

Mmmm ~~~ I`m a coward , I`ve chucked my shares in the sock draw so I don`t have to think about this .
Scary is an understatement .

Which aspect of their strategy are you referring to ?

o maintain momentum with existing projects critical for demonstrating EQTEC's capabilities and raising awareness of them;
o accelerate growth by pursuing second and/or third projects in existing markets; and
o build for scale by extending the capability and capacity to support the burgeoning pipeline and take on an increasing number of projects.

The Tech is brilliant , The strategy is clearly flawed . The finances are shambolic . The partners are hardly supportive .
I think that the Directors will now have to come up with some really creative strategy to save the ship .
It`s become a terrible mess , bandages are no good , serious surgery would seem necessary .
I`m really disappointed that we are in this position .

I first bought here I thought that DP`s financial background would be a safe pair of hands during the development and build up period .
A lot has not gone well , delays and non closures have obviously been damaging as have world events over which the Company has little control . For whatever reason DP has failed to rise to these challenges and failed to navigate a safe passage through the difficulties . This is very disappointing . I fear that the 3m is but a sticking plaster , as we are likely to require more serious funding to bring projects to fruition not just to keep the ship afloat .
There would also appear to be questions surrounding the 10M loan facility , Is it 5M , and do we still have access ?
Finance is the cornerstone requirement for all these start up operations and when it starts to get out of control its very difficult to get these things back on track .
I love the potential in the Technology , I fear that management are losing control .
Fingers crossed for the moment .

I suspect that when the North American operations are complete and operational ,
I would not be surprised to see us taken out by a more robust American operator .

If i had not invested years ago , would I invest now ?

All VERY disappointing .

The somewhat limited selling suggests to me that the placees are holding their positions . Having committed serious money at 54p selling at 45p would surely be ridiculous .
Now , they might have presold some of their holding but likely only a small percentage .
Perhaps they are keeping their powder dry , but I`m sure they will wish to sell at some point and this will be a huge drag on the sp as we move forward because they took a huge volume of stock at the raise . They can`t be happy about that !
My feeling is that those who were involved in the significant rise to c.80p are those who have been selling , which begs the question why were these people piling into the stock at 40p in April /May which drove the stock to 80p+ and surely assisted the huge cash raise ?
There could be a very plausible reasons , but it does raise some serious questions about the background to the management of the business .
All VERY strange ~~~ imo .
