I have consistently expressed the view that Zephyr has neither the financial resource or all the technical expertise and as such the critical mass to fully exploit the potential that , imo , clearly exists in `The Paradox` . In view of his personal considerable financial interest in the Company , I am quite sure that CH will be very reluctant to concede some premature partnership arrangement until the full potential can be demonstrated . Consequently I suspect he will be in no hurry to accelerate development that might compromise optimum valuation . Hence no news and no information on progress , just very careful ongoing operational development . Currently this is valued only on the non opps contribution perhaps a little enterprise value at best .

Assuming exploration success I believe that this will work out to the considerable benefit of investors ~ as well as CH ~ when the Paradox reveals its real potential .

When ? No clues yet but FOMO is surely likely to arise at some point . Finding an entry point around these levels is likely to be impossible when the current issues are resolved .

If you believe you just have to wait .

I`m happy enough with the current situation and the current low price opportunity ~ bought a few more today .

John Dough ~ For good order I should clarify my post below . In no way was I suggesting that you were dishonest ,dishonourable , or that your post constituted criticism of an aggressively destructive nature .

The ultimate provocation for me was the post that referred to the Company as "A total Sham " , that , "The CEO is a clown ", and among other infantile , disrespectful and dishonourable comments that the Company is a "Farce ".

Frustration is understandable , but imo , childish rude commentary such as that is not simply dishonourable , destructive and defamatory it borders on libel .

Fortunately it says more about the person that wrote it than the subject of criticism .

This is O&G exploration ~ I`m sure you WILL be rewarded all be it `Eventually `.

I fail to see the point of continual miserable infantile moaning from some who are apparently invested here.

Everyone invested is acutely aware of the issues and the problems that have impacted the Company and it`s short term development .

All that might have been achieved with this ongoing denunciation of the Company , and particularly the CEO , is perhaps to weaken interest and resolve of some people invested and perhaps distort the Company reputation .

Constructive observation , highlighting risk and debate is always acceptable , aggressive criticism is not . Nobody knows how the issues will be resolved or what the outcome might be .

As usual , particularly with the AIM market , there are always dishonourable people working the commentary for their own advantages . Usually `The Quick Buck Brigade ` whom in this case have clearly misjudged events , risks and timescales .

IMV ; Some of those individuals are likely to be exposed , not vindicated , when the results of the Company`s endeavours are eventually realised .

There can be little or perhaps even NO value attributed to The Paradox . Current valuation relates to Non Opps , Income and cash position . The true potential may not be revealed for a while , but I think there will be much more clarity and I hope excitement toward the end of this year . I still think they will need to partner a bigger player , but I can see why CH is very reticent to go down that road until at least the potential is `Proven ` ~ Still buying little bits when I can !

ZPHR do not have the critical mass to `Go it Alone ` .

New permits may not present such problems when `Sleepy Joe` and his wokey cronies get kicked out .

I agree Adon ~ I think the extended timescales have spooked quite a few especially those with biggish holdings and the resulting sales have been enthusiastically received by the MM`s . This time traders might not be quite so lucky short term. Investors , with foresight and patience should ~ hopefully ~ begin to see their confidence rewarded toward the end of this year . Great time to accumulate if you have some spare cash .

Zephyr Energy plc

TPI is pleased to provide its latest research note on Zephyr Energy plc (ZPHR.L).

Zephyr has released an update covering various operations at its flagship Paradox Project in the Paradox Basin, Utah (the ‘Paradox project’). Significantly, this confirms satisfactory progress continues to be made with respect to the State 36-2 LNW-CC well, with continuing expectation that it will deliver a production test in the near-term. The Board also notes that payment of initial invoices submitted to the Group’s insurer with respect to last April’s well control incident, amounting to c.US$0.8m have been received, with additional claims now being submitted on a regular basis. A further positive is that Zephyr’s recent application for a portion of the additional leased acreage it acquired on 25 August 2022 to be included within a larger Expansion/Contraction amendment of the White Sands Unit (the ‘WSU’) has now been granted, resulting in an amended federal unit with an upgraded and manageable land position. Finally, it also states that assessment is now underway on the Group’s recently acquired Greentown wells, as part of which its operations team recently recommenced production from the Federal 28-11 well in order to understand its potential contribution to overall field production when ongoing infrastructure work has been completed. Taken all together, today’s news further reinforces confidence that Zephyr’s management can secure the full potential of the Paradox project for shareholders. While it is true that the State 36-2’s workover has been a little slower than initially expected, the goal remains for both it and the State 16-2 LN-CC well to be brought into full production before the year end. In the meantime, the 36-2’s pressures and hydrocarbon potential remain substantial. Given the Group’s commitment to continue accelerating the Paradox development and the large potential scale of the project, various alternatives, including partnership, joint-venture (‘JV’) and farm-in structures, will be explored in the coming months.

Agreed MT . Although Mr Market is keeping any euphoria firmly under control by raising the Buy price , trading within the spread and restricting the traders profit taking . Quite a few buys marked as sells .

Take off will inevitably start with testing , but I doubt we will see serious value enhancement until provability for both Gas and Oil is confirmed toward the end of the year .

Hopefully next year will reward the ever patient investors .
