Reexamine of RNS`s required .

If they haven`t found a Partner ~ Almost certainly Bubble .

I`m expecting a JV or Partnership in the next six months .

Good to see you around MT . Of course even looking at timings and mid prices making clarity very difficult to translate , I would be most interested in your view regarding recent `Trading Patterns `.

Equally ~ Selling has also effectively dried up .

Since `THE RNS` there have been quite a few large transfers between accounts , some large roll overs dumped , a few `Traders` have taken their 50 quid profit from the low and some large sells which I believe to be buys . The MM`s have done well out of the PI panic . At the moment there is little appetite to buy OR sell , I think that is understandable .

Irrespective of 36-2 (and 16 for that matter) We should soon get a better fix on valuation when we get the Finals .

Hopefully income and its forward potential should prove to be a positive trigger .

Then there are ALL the other potential triggers for a definitive revaluation .

THEN ~~~ There is the real possibility of success at 36 which could come at any time ,

and BOOM , a more desirable explosion !

Nobody knows , although the BoD and Insurers have clearly not given up , which makes me believe that they still believe this cheaper / quicker solution remains the best game in town .

ALL to play for . Huge potential remains but timescales and publicised risk factors have frozen this Market ,

But it wouldn`t take much to bring it back to the boil ~ imo .

Disgusting behaviour , unfortunately all too common with AIM stocks .

I hope that PI`s who were persuaded to sell out did not lose too much .

Taking a six month view , this will be quite a different Company .

Taking a twelve month view , there could be some serious value enhancement .~~~ Imo .

Too difficult to spot the mischief makers on here and the `Turncoats` who have sold out and now deprecate the management and the prospects for the Company . Says much about them rather than the Management .

Of course there are problems and issues to be overcome , we can all see them more clearly now , those issues hardly need exaggeration and poor form by those embittered by the financial impact . ~ imo .

The adventure here is far from over with quite a few possible options available , more time and patience required for those invested .

It seems that `Others` are aware of Zephyr`s fundamental assets .

There has been some serious buying today disguised in the exaggerated gloom and dispirited selling by PI`s .

I am a little disappointed that CH has not said exactly where they are with the recovery process and exactly how much tubing has yet to be withdrawn . Into the longer term it doesn`t really matter because there ARE other options .

Clarity surrounding their forward plans is a must and soon . I`m sure that CH will be very well aware of that .

I think we will see a substantial improvement in sentiment and progress as we move through the fourth quarter .

You might be right . The real spread is very tight anything above 2.62 is a buy , imo .

They might not need a partner after all ~ Who knows ,

With all this uncertainty they could be taken out !

In a sense , the potential of The Paradox has been proved , we need the expertise and financial resource to deliver , plus some creative thinking and up front dialogue .

I think CH may have been a little too cautious and perhaps subservient toward the Insurers .

On going regular updates , rather than the recent silence and guessing games might have lessened the shock of today`s statement . I`m more convinced than ever that a partner is now necessary .

How far have they got withe the retrieval ~ What does the `Milling` entail ~ Why only now discussing side track / redrill ~ 16-2 ~ Refurb of processing plant ~ Pipeline connection status ......

Sounds as if their ("Comprehensive ") Insurance Company are just a bit "Tricky" , and Money is tight .

Additional expertise / Partner / JV may be required .

This has certainly been a bit of a `Dogs Dinner` ( Apologies Nelson ! ) over the past six months or so , but there will likely be some positives in tomorrows update :

New wells , New production coming on stream , Insurance update , Increased non opps revenue , Pipe line update , Processing Plant and perhaps more forward plan detail including 16 .

So , some mitigation should there be further delay with 32 .

This will be no `Game Over` . As mentioned before , i do not believe there is much , if indeed any , value priced in for The Paradox . Over the last few weeks The crafty MM`s have squeezed the life out of the sp on what has been very little volume and very little sales v`s buys . I think they have this priced as Non Opps value only .

Worst case scenario tomorrow ~ possibly just further delay .

I still believe that we will need a partner to really push this forward , I`m sure CH will be hoping that wont be necessary until the 32 conundrum is resolved .

I see some familiar faces still here from the time I was invested in EQT .

I`m sorry to read a little about the decimation of this Company . It was over four years since I first took a stake in what I really believed was a brilliant concept and the best of the recycling tech available at that time . DP`s background seemed appropriate and the PR very convincing . I also remember that around that time a poster ~ Aandi , from Dundee (?) ~ popped up saying that he was studying engineering at University but was taking a year out to focus entirely on the progress and development of this company . How VERY strange I thought ! Indeed , how curious that he never seems to have gone back to University but has been a never ceasing `knowledgable` (?) fountain of supportive information for EQT . So much so , that I asked if he was in fact a Board member or paid voice for the Company ~ of course not ~ Probably !

Into the future , posters such as Aandi must be unmasked .

The spin here has been masterful , but someone crystalised the flaw in the strategy by simply pointing out that :

The construction and development costs are enormous , and the pay back period is long term ~ VERY long term .

A mountain even for a well established well funded professional outfit with first class credentials .

We were all seduced by the publicity and positives of `The Green Dream`. even Freddie Flintof was once hailed as a magor investor ( LOL ! Great with bat and ball ~ but as a scientific or financial intellect ~~~ errr .)

I can see now that EQT has so many short comings , not least of which are the CEO and his vacuous bunch of GoFors .

Sadly ~ ANOTHER ~ AIM Scandal and a disaster for private investors .

Something really needs to be done to stop these rogues preying on private finance . The Financial authorities just don`t want to know ~ surely that is not just wrong , it is a complete rejection of their fundamental responsibilities .

I`m really sorry to read that some people have clearly lost a large portion of their savings and investment .

I hope that those who have lost may recover into the future .
