For good order , I was and remain , disgusted in the manner that the raise was managed .

It was obvious that a raise was both necessary and being discussed . I posted this opinion last Friday .

At that time the sp was trading in a range above 2.5 p . My disgust is directed primarily at `The Money Men` who persuaded an agreement of 1.5p , a claimed discount of c.30% but in reality would probably have been a far greater discount for the finance providers . Of course HE1 were / are in a hurry to get things moving but I feel that the finance details were agreed with them bent over a barrel . Shareholders were denied inclusion . IF you were `Brave` you could have purchased more at 1.70 this morning , but I suspect many investors panicked at the open and to rub salt in the wound sold , further losing out as a result of such a discounted placing . My anger and disgust was primarily directed at the financiers ~ and the NOMAD . Into the future , I hope HE1 will sharpen up their financial expertise , perhaps seek additional / better support .

Greed is such a destructive element of human nature , it thrives in abundance particularly in the AIM Casino .

I doubt that HE1 has the capability to `Go it Alone` and bring commerciality to their find ~ But ~

a take over at this stage would not be in share holders interests .

I hope that we engage a partner to facilitate further development while HE1 progress further exploration and drilling on their very large acreage which is likely to reveal further discoveries .

It looks as if they may have to manage HE AND Hydrogen .

Hello GL ~ Very pleased to hear of your success , I share exactly the same strategy which is why I said that you should never give up on `An Old Flame ` !

The trouble is playing hooky with with two lovely ladies is a dangerous game ~ you can`t risk making a mistake with your timing !

Anyway , Short term I feel there is a lot more fun to be had with the one over there , as long as you ignore the horrible BB which is infested with the world`s `Crazies` and stick to your own research . Despite the current issues here and the sedentary rate of known progress , CH will surely have his day ~ so ~
