The 12 m loan facility from Tarncourt (Effectively C Dickson) could be wiped out with further disposal of their interest in CCS (Potentially c. 35 m ) Some of that 12m , of which 5.9 m has so far been drawn down (That might have increased) will be repaid before the expiry date end of June :

Any further disposal of their CCS interest could really get Roadside motoring !

News in April will , I believe , dispel much of the negativity contrived to drive the share price to this unwarranted level .

CONFERED ; i absolutely agree with that . It`s happened many times before this little charade .

Can there be any other explanation for what has been and is , a very determined negative assault on this Company .

It has been relentless ever since LB released her first video conference .

Agreed ~ The RNS looked read more like a `For Sale` notice to me .

Monies raised could well be deployed to accelerate the Road franchise , and that could accelerate additional interest fro Meadow . Interesting Chinese connection ~ `Tic Tok` (!) ~ perhaps corporate action very soon .

My Friday Top ups have magically materialised : Two yesterday and one this morning .

My account was correctly adjusted on Friday .

They really are a bunch of manipulative spivs and it seems they can do whatever they like in the crooked AIM market .

Changed my mind !

I don`t think we will have to wait for St Ledgers Day ~ I don`t even think we will have to wait for Monday 1st July .

I think this is very , very cheap now . Even if there is to be a raise , that might just prove to be a hugely positive catalyst for future development .

So ~ added some more to my holding before news whatever and whenever that may be .

It lowers my average , it may avoid higher costs post news and it endorses my confidence in the potential here .

Apart from the disappointing sp , eloquently explained by Stas 20 9.25 , I see two problems here :

1. Liberum .

2. Sara Cope .

In time news will arrive , a better understanding of the potential and value will be confirmed and the sp issue will be resolved . Certainly before the end of this year and Q 3 is only some 6 months away .

I hope that the Company may deal with 1. and 2 .

In the meantime I have frozen my investment here and I will wait for some direction of future strategy before buying again at what will surely be a very attractive basement price .

I also had a little top up on Friday , but strangely I couldn`t find my buy amongst a lot of silly bots .

MM`s like to mess around so will probably pop up next week .

There is not a lot of information about the parties involved with these machinations . ( bar Meadow Partners )

This seems so far under `The Radar` it`s underground .

Possibly where the BoD want it to be as deals are negotiated .

Might even have to accelerate a stake build again !

Even `IF` there is a dilutive raise at around this price I suspect the potential upside should easily negate any short term downside and may even provide an opportunity to buy more at a discounted price .

If you believe LB , trust in her expertise and the real possibility of ultimate success , This has to be a great price to be included in future positive action .

Not very keen on the Nomad , what a pity it is not Panmure (who I do rate) rather than Liberum .

I`m well aware of the 7th March " News " , and not so "dumb" to leave without a profit , all be it considerably smaller than I had hoped as a result of `The Silence` that creates uncertainty .

Plenty of time to assess the opportunities before Q3 .
