I doubt that we will find out through normal channels who the `Influencers` (or Manipulators) were .

I expect that those individuals have gone to extraordinary lengths to hide their identities . BUT ~

The truth does have a habit of coming out in the end . A lot of people want to get to the truth behind that pricing decision,

Respect for Lorna in putting her head above the parapet , she seemed very genuinely distressed at this turn of events , most definitely a situation that she did not want , but probably could not avoid .

However ~ she is the CEO and mistakes have clearly been made , ultimately that is her responsibility . Expressions of regret are all very well but there has been damage to reputations and the perhaps the potential effectiveness of the business model . Let`s hope that is a short term blip and can be rectified with a successful EWT and subsequent developments .

Perhaps Lorna is not suited to the CEO role , but here is an opportunity for her to prove herself .

IF ~ If I were in her position I would be looking to reorganise the BoD as quickly as possible , she has certainly been let down by `Others` and there are clearly weaknesses at senior management level .

Many years ago as a junior manager , I was given a valued piece of advice by a Director :

" Surround yourself with friends , but , make sure your friends have talent ".

I do not know if Lorna has friends at senior management level , but some of the people around her do not have requisite talent and some have certainly let her down .

Get tough Lorna and keep focused on your expertise and this spectacular helium find .

Yes ~ the financiers have had them over a barrel and the BoD ( Perhaps in desperation) have demonstrated weakness and naivety . I don`t` blame LB for this , her expertise is not finance , she has done very well in her specialist field . The Nomad has capitulated under pressure and should have resolved this funding issue weeks ago . The `Traitor` in the mix is that Sarah Cope .

I don`t se her adding any value and hope that :

1. The Company have woken up to market reality and learn to play hard ball with their asset base .

2. They never embark again on such an outrageously discounted placing .

3. They get rid of Sarah Cope and any involvement that she may have with the Company ~ ASAP .

* Company advised no way funds could be raised at anything like 1.70.

* To facilitate Company advised an 8m raise required share price of .05 .

* "Arrangement" probably complete in March .

* Company Plus " Others " embark on share destruction to arrange funding prior to EWT .

* Forward selling commences aided by deramping stooges .

* Company news black out further undermines confidence .

* PI`s confused and contribute to forward selling .

* Feeble publicity with host Country attempts to retain Company integrity .

* Clearly , many people DO know what is going on .

* Paid rampers and derampers run amok on the BB`s

* Rumour / counter rumour on social media compounds confusion and accelerates decline .

* As EWT draws close action deadline triggered before sp drops below .1

* Raise is Immediately confirmed as oversubscribed ! !

* Confirmation that a huge deception has been purported .

* Much of the new issue has been forward sold above .1p (unsurprisingly)

* Churn the remaining new stock to optimise profits .

* Now release outstanding news / detailed forward plans .

* Sp rises . Hopefully back above 1.20 perhaps 1.50 post successful EWT .

So :

From the Company perspective a resounding success .

For the placee , traders , shorters , spivs , and those `In the Loop` a resounding success .

For some PI`s able to average down / buy in ; unique opportunity to profit .

BUT ;

For PI`s caught in the maelstrom of deception , probably disastrous .

This is how our financial world operates , little discipline , few rules , zero integrity and NO retribution .

My view is that this sort of activity is nothing short of ; Deception , Corruption and Theft .

But my voice , my opinion , and probably yours , is totally irrelevant .

After all this , and previous the shenanigans , I think the Company has suffered reputational damage , as have the Directors and The Nomad . Do they care ~ I doubt it .

Not at the raise ~ I posted on Friday that it was imminent .

Disgusted at ; The manipulation that has brought the share price down to this level .

IF the EWT confirms what investors have been told by the Company , the inevitable sp fall should be short lived , very short lived . I expect that the Raise will probably be oversubscribed possibly by end of play tomorrow .

Having said that , I do feel that we have been treated very badly and , imv :

Sharebel : I much prefer your assessment of the current position to the one I posted yesterday . My view was based on the last few days of increasing volume and a decreasing share price and trading activity that is typical in a raise scenario . While irrelevant in the context of 3.7 B shares in issue , there were 10 M sales in the last half hour of trading on Friday . However , I think this issue of a cash raise matters little when considered in the context of developments over the next twelve months and I do believe that in the next three months the fog will have cleared and the facts surrounding HE1 will dramatically enhance the market cap . What we DO know is that HE1 has discovered an enormous Helium source with associated valuable benefits and the support of the host Country . None of those basic facts have changed .

I have been very much on the fence regarding the timing of any further buys , I recognise that finding the precise low point is almost impossible and in any event at this point an investment should look like a very smart move by the year end , perhaps even by September . Raise or no raise ~ it will be next week for my last tranche !

`IF` , a raise has been completed and that looks likely :

A quick look through today`s trades suggest to me a placing price of 1.05 .

The sell volume ( which can only be guessed at) is lowish , which possibly means :

More dumping to come , The raise was small , The placee is happy to hold the stock at this price or Perhaps restricted conditions and timing of sales .

A small raise = small dilution + confidence in future success . Those positives coupled with strategic clarification are likely to boost the sp . Then there are likely to be some additional "Unknown Unknowns" , (eg :Hydrogen and Geo thermal power) hopefully also of a positive nature .

Certainly the increased volumes over the past few days with a falling share price indicates serious background activity .

The positive will certainly be clarification by RNS , the financial flexibility to move forward and a clear understanding of direction and future plans .

Confusion and guess work should be eliminated and with that I suspect the sp will rapidly advance . Not very long to wait for the details . Assuming then a successful EWT many of the more extravagant share predictions are quite likely to become a reality . (imo)

i am only posting here today in support of those who have done their research and continue to hold shares in this company . what a truly awful thread this has become . i don`t bother wasting much time here anymore . valued discussion has long gone . this site is infested by duplicitous liars , ignorant crooks and vulgar idiots .

it`s almost impossible to follow any balanced coherent discussion as this is immediately viciously attacked by a baying mob of non invested , repetitive howling haters .

i agree that it is demoralising to see a constant drift in value and of course this becomes particularly painful when holding a large position , i remain focused on the immediate reverse effect as positive news will have the inevitable effect . it`s been a poor week for many stocks , probably in part due to the `mad abbott` and the `****hi rishi` effect so i am keeping further funds available for the credible action ahead when indicated formally ~ formally ~ by the company . the share price might have slipped but not my confidence in the potential future for he1.

~ you have a good relationship with a competent Broker and you require a `Large` order at a reasonably discounted price to the current quotes , your Broker should be able to negotiate an acceptable deal with his preferred Market Maker .

I suspect this mornings machinations are just an example of many such events that have occurred with this Company over many months .

FWIW ~ I`ve continued to buy on the dips over the past few weeks . Yesterday i picked up 200k at 1.1834 , Today I managed 1.17 but my feeling is that`s it !

Trades starting to suggest the end of very cheap stock and I wonder now that we might just be on the cusp of news and that this really IS the bottom !

Q3 less than six weeks away , surely the second half will be a lot more exciting than the first .

" The Smart people " have absolutely no idea how funds might be raised , or when .

These smart people might just as easily find that they have been out smarted by developments left field .

There are many alternatives to the simple repeat of a discounted placing and as time has advanced my thoughts are why the Company did not raise when the sp was higher . They may even have some arrangement to complete the EWT without prior raising funds , providing options to repay or involve a partner after a successful test .

I dont know , But ~
