Normally , I would never decry or criticise a Company in which I was invested especially a Company in which I was seriously invested with a considerable interest . But , the malaise here is certainly raising questions amongst PI`s ; it does take some understanding , does require some explanation and is very disheartening so I`ll break my rule :

Just some of the problems ~ ~ ~

Huge , no , Massive quantity of shares in issue . Devastating Dilution .

Appalling management of cash raise creating issues of trust and competence.

No II interest .

Tanzania . Trust . Government involvement . Geographical accessibility .

No significant Director interests .

Options associated with board room greed .

Conflicts of interest Nomad , Broker .

BoD composition ; some distrusted and some weak board members .

Extended period of little perceived progress .

Staccato period of communication and slow news flow .

Frustratingly long lead times , not expected .

Delays creating Investor apathy .

Traders , spivs and gamblers dominating short term trading .

Expectations crushed by ; long lead times , Punitive dilution , lack of visible progress .

Future costs re extraction .

No evidence of any JV ~ YET !

Regardless , It does seem that action at the well head is imminent and should rekindle interest . I also think (Hope) that this discovery will prove commercial and that this investment will be a great success into the future .

Save us Ms Blaisee ( and save yourself !)

Currently in USA : 0.0124 $ = c. 0.0099 GBP .

Lab results suggest potentially an even greater helium percentage .

World class SLB (Schlumberger) and GeoLog on board .That does not come cheap

and Drilling close to spud are all very positive .

Although I fully understand and agree with the necessities of gifted Company stock options ,

regrettably , I believe these grants to be overly generous . Coupled with the offensive cash raise and the consequent dilution I`m sad to say has left me with the distasteful feeling of Boardroom greed . Yet again this issue has the fingerprints of at least two board members who I think we would be better served with their dismissal .

Unfortunately , the Company has no quality investors , just a huge following of PI`s .

Making matters worse for investors and exacerbating the volatility here is a plague of locusts . Just far too many spivs and traders . Today is yet another example of this underlying investment weakness which is frustrating the efforts to establish a credible business .

Assuming a successful EWT , I think these background negatives will change , especially should the EWT trigger a much needed JV .

Unfortunately , I don`t seem to be able to benefit from my own medicine and bought another tranche of shares first thing this morning !

The first six months of this year have been truly awful , however , overall there is more bright light on the horizon and I remain very optimistic about future , The next couple of months should , hopefully , prove transformational .

Those 1.6 B shares are now doubt through the system . Trades and volumes suggest the traders , spivs , shorters and no doubt a few crooked individuals with access to inside information have slipped into the shadows ahead of Q3 developments . I hope now we can look to a successful drill and finally , unequivocal confirmation that this asset is both commercial and well beyond earlier massive estimates .

Not confined to Helium we have the Hydrogen potential and the Geo heat source as possible value drivers .

Assuming success , a JV would seem inevitable .

I`m also hoping that success would embolden James Smith and Lorna Blaise to strengthen the BoD and deal with the dismissal of at least two Board members .

Action is certainly

CTSFO : I`m inclined to agree with you . irrespective of fundamentals There was a huge / absolutely massive amount of placing stock to shift . But ~ it will clear and so will the dark sky .

Good to see a little more stability today .

Q3 , news flow , drilling and EWT getting closer.

Very sensible , they are probably sick and tired of the repetitive ,vacuous posts from non invested , moronic air heads .

Many `Investors` are in a similar position ~ and it`s very painful at this time .

Unfortunately , events have gifted the less honourable in this market an opportunity to profit at investors expense .

There are some very unpleasant individuals plying their disingenuous activities on this thread .

I believe that this frenetic trading will subside once testing gets underway , so it`s not long to wait now .

Positive results will see a more realistic assessment of value and patient investors substantially rewarded . In the mean time there is the possibility of additional news and information .

Upon a successfuL EWT I hope that Lorna and James Smith reorganise the BoD and at least TWO of the current Directors are dismissed .

End of year and i believe we will be in a very much stronger position .

Oh Look !

Just as predicted yesterday , another `Unknown` 10 Million pops up after the close .

No further comment , clarification or explanations from me .

Someone even had the cheek to call me a troll .

For every sell there will be a buy . MM`s are not a share Bank !

My view is that someone definitely had Lorna`s arm up her back when that 50p raise was agreed .

IF , that person or persons , had any direct connection with the Company Lorna , with the support of James Smith need to have them removed as soon as practicable . Even IF , this raise was not directly influenced by a Company employee (s) I think there are at least two board members that must go . If this influence was outside the Company the truth will inevitably be revealed in the end . Value recovery will return as they embark on Drilling and EWT but I doubt that we will get news before that and before ALL the short termers have exited ~~ at least it`s not long to wait .

I doubt many PI`s are jumping out except perhaps those traders who managed to jump in at c. 50p .

As mentioned yesterday , I believe that many of those late and delayed trades are the rump of the placing shares .

Today`s action action offers possible confirmation of MM`s accommodating the exit of the placees . Weakness today suggests more of the same and it will be interesting to see if we have more large `Buys` that are in fact `Sells` at the close .

Only the individuals responsible for these large `After Hours` trades , the Broker and the MM know if they were buys or sells

Only the Placee /s MMs / and possibly the Nomad and the Company know that ALL the placing shares have been cleared Only those who jumped on the c.50p opportunity and possibly some MMs know if that stock is still being held .

I`m not offering any advice , simply caution ahead of news which is not expected until July .

Again , I would be cautious in calling them `Buys` .

Big money in little Company , even for wealthy gamblers !

See my earlier post 14.38 , different day similar scenario . 1.6 BILLION is going to take time to churn .

But , I think the placees will want them gone before expected news begins to break . Early July ?

Just because this trade was reported on 17th , does not mean that the trade (which might have taken some time to construct) was in fact a trade that relates entirely to the 17th or at that time it was reported. This `Could` simply have been a sell developed over several days and released at a time to camouflage its precise orientation . MM`s have the flexibility to manage orders for up to 5 days so I would say it impossible to say definitively ; Buy or Sell .

fwiw ~ I would say :`Worked Sell` , which fits the necessity to clear that 1.6 B overhang and sp laziness so far this week .

No matter , it`s in the system now and simply a part of HE1 trading history .
