Itaconix and AkzoNobel move from the technical evaluation phase to defining a joint marketing effort for Itaconix bio-based chelates

This latest development follows from the initial announcement in September 2017 that AkzoNobel's Specialty Chemicals business would commence the technical evaluation of Itaconix's bio-based chelates. Although commercial details remain to be finalised, both parties target to complete final agreements before the end of 2018. The goal is to establish a strong multi-year relationship to deliver Itaconix's innovative bio-based chelates to customers worldwide, thereby supporting the development of high performance, sustainable, consumer products using Itaconix technology.

Must be trying to get the price up here, consolidation 1000 to 1 incoming, then as per rns the company will be looking to raise funds, you just need to look at newsflow to see it mentioned twice recently. What happened to the 33m from the Chinese did they spend it on coke and hookers. Name change wasn’t even successful because of a clever postman. So at 1000 to 1 consolidation this will currently come back at 24p, what price placing will they get in current market a company like this might have to do a 50% discount. That’s 12p or .12 in current price. Never know Zorbas might do a premium placing like at Uru. Think once consolidation is done they can place 1.2m shares, even at 20p that will only give them 200k after broker fees, lights on money really in the current climate, plenty of red flags on this share, happy to be proven wrong just giving my opinion, I did hold here for a little while but the newsflow smelt a little, so bailed, don’t this is going to do well anytime soon
