40k a day buy backs are not terrible , 200 odd days of buy backs is 8m on a 450m mcap company. The weighted average volume isn't high, personally I think the current buy back program is supportive at price, yes we all would like more, but there are many ways of increasing value for holders including new assets and debt reduction so the balance right now seems correct

Finished strong stateside , £9.90 in gbp , which should see us bounce here tomorrow or early next week, results and next divi announcement on the. 19th of march , massively undervalued here imo, hopefully see 1500-1700 by end of this year

Good move from rusty here in my opinion, this will defo have the shorters scratching there heads , obviously it limits their window for an escape here maybe forcing them to exit early or pouring petrol on the fire to watch them burn

Stateside it’s 15.06 which equates to 11.80 here, this is massively undervalued now, still large seller and shorts open, huge dividend now sitting at 25%. Plenty of upside share price wise too once the selling pressure stops

Absolutely crazy what the BOD have done hear, they should be voted out , I chucked mine in , should have done a long time ago but kept giving mgt a chance . I think a 12' year old could manage this business better than these guys, 6 months until they run out of cash and what then , absolute joke, anyway good luck to anyone still holding or buying here as next stop is they call the admin in as no one is taking a placing in this and there only option will be a cln which will rinse it down until they run out of cash again

I love your enthusiasm but as I gave now said twice before today announcement we only had the options unlisted, this could get admin wrapped and sold for £1 and we get left with a shell. Thing is there are a few in the driving seat here and we ain't even in the car

All this witty banter is great, but looking at this from an investors point of view , we got a few possible outcomes here 1. Bust game over 2. Taken off market 3. Someone buys us out 4. A placing/loan or cln with small price and big dilution. I believe minimum placing price is 1p, as they had to get shareholders to agree for the minimum to reduce from 4 p to 1p on the last one. Sale what would we get taking debts and other issues like working capital into account maybe we would get 3-5m for everything , the ip has value etc , so buyout at 1p maybe. Who knows it don’t look pretty and 1 p is probably wishful thinking. Anyway sure we all will find out soon enough.

The free float is pretty tight here, peel with 25% and the other tr1 holders with 20%, last main market listing under old rules so no Mcap restrictions here, seems to be interested parties here, peel must be gathering for someone. Cash level near Mcap, realistic value for a tr1 target minimum 1.5-2m that’s 2.46p to 3p, so plenty from here on the right asset update

The 2 new BOD members have taken 25% of the company for 1.5m they haven’t put this sort of cash in without knowing what’s coming, they sold their last company for 100m to turntide backed by bill gates and Amazon , follow the money follow BOD that know what they are doing

Disruptive tech in a very hot sector right now with zero emissions and green battery focus a major topic. Cashed up 4m advance on current project and 4.75m placing. Two very experienced guys with good contacts for supply have just joined the BOD taking large portion of the company, with sales track record. New site which the company bought for 2.8m should be up and running soon, considerably increasing production capabilities. Priced to fail at the moment cash 8m assets 5m Mcap 7m, turnaround story at price is fantastic targeting 3.5p for 25% slice and let the rest ride as I think value is more like 100m once they get New contracts coming in. As always risks involved here little downside from price at the moment but offering huge upside on contract wins and maybe if we are lucky some link to turntide which obviously would be huge to be involved with a company backed by bill gates and Amazon. I am putting my cash on the two guys that have come in to turn this around with their links and how we can fit into the bigger supply chain. I personally don’t think they have come in without a plan or end game, speculation but the links are there to see and Trackwise fits perfectly with turntide for end to end ev battery which is what they are building a green end to end business.
