The brokers sales pitch was a medium to long hold for best rewards, targets 6-12 months and 12-18 months to gain maximum returns, I think a lot will have bought this as a bottom price and will slice their shares upwards as the trial progresses and other things unfold with the company, think a jump straight out strategy will be limited to a few and some of the hold for 10 minute brigade will have already flipped

And most of the PIs I know who took part are probably considered pretty good hitters from a PI point of view, don’t think it was anybody will do if you know what I mean

Just message a friend of mine on twitter his guess and he is pretty good at guessing lol is around 2m was PI and 4.5 was HNW and II / fund, that seems to be a good guess, like I say we don’t know but we do know we have had no tr1 so not one entity has taken enough for a declarable position, I would guess the weak flipped straight away for the quick buck, broker recommendation is a hold for bigger gains, little downside etc, fully funded, American partner, no reason to deny phase 3 trial, and other angles to the business

It’s not a fund requirement until above 5% dependant on where they are registered, if uk registered they must declare above 3%, but if they are international it’s 5% , will see if I can dig it out for you

The few PIs I have contact with took more than you would think from a small pi point of view, yes there was some big hitters but because of previous here I would imagine the large guys didn’t take anywhere near the 800k to have a declaratory position also for those of you who are more into info than anything you may not know that a fund can refuse to declare position unless over 5% I believe which would be over 1m, so 5 or 6 could have taken 5m without declarable interest, but I would guess at least half was PI

All I can give you is what I know from who I know, SL offered the placing to their clients which means a lot of PIs will have taken part in the placing a few would have flipped already as some guys take placings and are happy with 10-15% from that, others will be waiting on news and some will be going with the broker long view. Was only approached a few days before finalisation of the placing, that will be after the big boys were offered, so I presume they wanted to raise as much as they could,I can’t see many of the big boys taking a large enough % for a tr1 as we already have a few what I call in the game loan sharks involved and previous form here will be a red flag for some too, Tim has never shrouded himself in glory, don’t know the % of private to retail but I would imagine there was a heavy private part to the placing

You make me laugh , why wouldn’t I have taken part in the placing, I am with many brokers, I have been an investor trader for many years, anyway not here to defend my position, just saying I know plenty of private investors that took part, but yes they were more selective in the offer but the broker , was confident in the pitch end of, why don’t you ring Lisa if you want confirmation that private investors took part, I am sure she will be happy to confirm SL sold to private. Anyway nice rise today looks like my topup was timed well lol

ImmuPharma announced that it had expanded its pipeline to include three new 'Anti-Infective' programs, one of which was in 'Antivirals'. Investigation of the application of the Ureka peptide technologies within this Antivirals program suggests the potential to create effective anti-fusion peptides with the goal to prevent virus entry into the host cells, which may lead to novel peptide based antiviral therapies. Further exploratory work continues on this program.

Avion will fund the full expected costs of the new Phase III trial up to $25 million.

·; ImmuPharma will receive milestone payments of up to $70 million. A $5 million milestone payment will be paid on regulatory approval of Lupuzor™ in lupus, and $65 million will be based on achievement of overall sales targets.

·; ImmuPharma will also receive $5 million for each additional approval, other than lupus, as Avion also has the rights, for the US, to explore further opportunities within Lupuzor™'s peptide platform for other auto-immune indications outside of lupus.

·; ImmuPharma will receive from Avion tiered double-digit royalties up to 17 percent, according to pre-specified annual US sales targets.

·; Avion has the right to use relevant trademarks for the development, manufacture and commercialisation of products.

One of the key reasons for my investment here is the company is now funded for 3 years which should see us to commercialisation and royalty payments as well as big progress payments land from avion and other deals. Plus we are funded for lupuzor to the tune of 25m, and people are missing one of the other keys here ureka which I think will do well for us too.

Through SL capital, I am a client and do get offered placings that the company think are well worth the long term investment case, can’t say much more than that EVA as conversations around this are private I am sure you will understand, if you have interest in placings you need to speak with a broker that deals in that matter, if it’s something you want to do in the future

Couldn’t resist loading some more at these levels, taking a long position here, nice to build the position up some more at these levels before newsflow, also took part in the placing, looking for a big reward in 18-24 months time, think we will see updates on a couple of fronts close together. Had an average of about 14.5p pre placing, have managed to get my average down to about 13p , which I think if this runs well could give me a potential return of 60-75p per share, well that’s my target.

Is very tight here, nt to buy at the moment, hopefully we will get an update soon, cash position is strong and gold is flying, assets in Sweden, Finland, Scotland and Ireland all safe areas
