The plant at Bikita mine uses a flotation circuit built by Xinhai. PREM had a flotation cell from Stark/Enprotec. They chucked that and commissioned Xinhai to build them one instead. What's there to ask?

Bit of a nothing RNS today but understandable given shareholders have been desperate for any kind of news update. Good to see the cells operating and paddles in place. We all knew the paddles were there, they come with the unit and you wouldn't leave unsoaked rubber in the sun to go brittle, but anyone who did have doubts can now be assured of their existence.

"plant has only recently commenced" is ambiguous. Either ore started running shortly after the last operational update which would give us about 10 days of operation, or last weeks goals were to complete planning and start running ore. Hard to gauge what the timeline would be at this point. Calibration should be about 2-3 weeks in theory.

I'm still convinced we are waiting for SGS grading to come back, which adds another 1-2 weeks to the time line. Ideally there would be a series of results to determine consistency. RNS wise the difference between GH and GR is Roach would have most definitely included the lab results. Expect more silence until then imo.

The weekend chat is interesting. In lieu of Hasiba's price guessing game we've moved onto a "what will happen with Roach's loan" guessing game. Troggy won last week with 0.0215 by the way.

If I were a gambler, which I am, I'd guess that Roach:

1. Does not extend the agreement

2. Unfreezes interest

3. Makes an application for a reasonable repayment structure akin to Canmax's or JRG's arrangements

He's well within his right to do 1 & 2. The date ending the restriction being 9 days before the Canmax long stop is no accident. That said PREM is beholden to Canmax's say on financial decisions and they could deny it. Additionally anything that involves legal action requires George cashing out for a lawyer in Tortola, delaying potential payments and just being shutdown by Canmax in the end anyway.

Either way, GR loan irrelevant because by the time anything happens with it we'd be way past commissioning and looking at a company that's either worth £0 or £100+ million

Funding RNS will be due soon. Could be anything. Placings, payment deferrals, heck maybe GH is setting up his own directors loan lol.

I don't know why everyone's attacking Ackers private share dealings, but I've not been here as long as you guys I suppose. Personally my gripe is that he doesn't know how to use the reply button and keeps making new threads 😂. I sold some of my shares into the spike today to de-risk fwiw, tend to your own garden.

@Chuggley It doesn't suggest it at all. If anything the assertion is inverted. If GR believed the plant was failing, he would call the loan the first opportunity he gets before the company's position worsens. Why on earth would he lock himself out of that opportunity?! And that's assuming the tweet/ADVFN claim is even real in the first place. Until it appears in an RNS it's hearsay.

Furthermore I think it's time to into what the loan situation with George Roach actually is, because people are framing it as a $1.7 million settlement that must happen before 21st June when it's not.

"The advance made by George Roach to the Company in 2023 ("Loan"), which had a first repayment due from January 2024 ("Repayment Date") is still outstanding and due on demand. ... George Roach has agreed not to seek any repayment of the Loan until the earlier of either 21 June 2026."

The loan isn't due BY the 21st June. GR just gains the right to call it up FROM 21st June. And whilst yes he could call it all up in one go it's worth noting that over the many years he could have called it up he never has. It's also worth noting GR is still a share holder himself, so he benefits from PREM being successful in addition to his loan repayment.

Now everyone put your thinking cap on and pretend to be George Roach for just a second.

You go to PREM on 21st June and you demand your 1.7 million paid in full. PREM goes: "errr we don't have that money in full. How about instalments? Shares?" And you, GR, goes "NO, I WANT IT ALL NOW", and so PREM defaults and time passes and they keep defaulting, and you, as GR, decides to pressure them so hard on 1.7 million plus interest that they go insolvent.

So what happens then, GR's loan is unsecured and hes competing with other Creditors. JRG's 2.4 mill comes with a written writ of execution to take machinery from the site and Canmax's 36 billion comes with an asset acquisition clause. So PREM goes under, JRG takes all the machinery and Canmax lays claim to the asset, and you, GR end up with nothing and his shares would be worthless. It'd be a massive own goal!

There is really no advantage to George Roach calling up this loan in full and the insistence that June 21 is a date where the finances will magically blow up because of it is nonsense.

The video tweets were less about hype and more just providing evidence for what was marked as done in the RNS

And we got a video of each. That's the Graham Hill style, announce when it's actually done and complete then show the evidence. I don't think he cares about the social media hype game, there is still a pinned tweet from 3 years ago. RNS first, then tweets.

I'm feeling good personally. It's clear the radio silence has sent this BB into a spiral. My take however is if the company was in trouble this week we would have already seen a placing RNS by now. That's just an opinion and I could be wrong but going by the previous few placings it should already be here.

Chances are the Flotation cells are already running but I doubt we'll get proof and confirmation until GH is ready to send out an RNS with grading results. I would also speculate that we'd be waiting for independent results from someone like SGS who frequently appeared in their RNS's in the past (1149R, 0747Z, 6875A). I would also hope that GH includes a throughput figure, but that's more of a wish list item. Nothing has changed since the last RNS. Be prepared for another week of waiting.

The irony here is that a successful PREM means increasing lithium supply from Zimbabwe, which would theoretically lower prices

I take back what I said, RNS's do confirm an on site lab that's been there since July 2023!

"Clueless" coming from the guy who goes "oh no PREM isn't tradable" when it's a bank holiday Monday.

Yeah, same category, you're the opposite side of the same empty coin. He yells "Improvements" every day, you shout "Wheelbarrows". He cosplays like he's on site and you role play as though you're on the phone to CMC confirming a 0.008 placing, which was evidently false. Neither of you guys provide any substance.

But yeah, on site labs is a bold claim. The best we could confirm is LIBS (Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy), which is a handheld analytical device for determining elemental composition. The last mention of that is RNS 5157V 14 Dec 2021, 5 years ago. And that's assuming they still have it in working condition. The hearsay is simply not reliable without a proper RNS, and that goes for your supposed phone calls too Jag!

I do have to say you've lost your touch mate. When the videos came out last week I was absolutely hoping for a funny Jag Jab about PREM putting rocks in a tumble dryer, or GH preparing his bubble bath. Missed shots man!

Caveats:

It assumes equal payments every month, also not specified in the RNS.

It does not consider JRG accepting settlement in alternative forms of payment.

It does not account for renegotiations that may extend the timeline and/or lower the monthly obligation.
