It wouldn’t surprise me if the new NED is appointed around the same time the patent is awarded.

We’re coming up to a year since it was applied for, so surely there must be an update soon.

Also, there were many more patents the BOD were working on, so I would expect these to be filed for shortly also.

This company administration will certainly be referred to as a historical piece of case law.

As as a purely hypothetical study, what is to stop Microsoft from loaning Amazon £700m, Amazon using that £700m to splash as they please then saying ah sorry we spent that loan recklessly and can’t meet your repayments, so here you go, take our multi-billion pound company for peanuts, because we don’t want to release financial reports which would prove we can easily pay our debts or get a true value offer for our company. Let’s hide the fact we have sizeable assets and cash in a number of bank accounts. Let’s sod the shareholders that built up this company, lets steal their investments and pension funds instead and you can sort me out and slip me a nice signing off bonus when no one is looking. As I noted, totally hypothetical.

Every share on the stock exchange is at risk from such corporate fraud.

Executives and their appointed representatives must be held legally accountable for business finances in the same way they are accountable for safety at work. If they mismanage a company, prison and the seizing of all assets is the best thing for them.

This is the reality of investing today and if this is allowed, every share you invest in is at risk from corruption of the greatest scale imaginable.

It would have been much easier to give shareholders the appropriate value for their investments, but now Global leaders, Barristers, Counsel’s and corporate fraud agencies from around the world have taken up the case and are collaborating at this very moment. Oh wow, £100m + in gains, baby Angus with a mere MCAP of £32m would be a bargain for any buyer. Surely the company with its other interests should be valued at at least £200m, maybe £300m in that instance, if it had proof of works and were for sale of course…

Agree, the sudden rush to buy Saltfleetby 100%, the sudden fundraise from a “mystery investor/s” who very eagerly committed to the funding in exchange for discounted shares, the obvious daily loading up that’s taking place… I could go on!

Wouldn’t surprise me if with the rising fuel costs, the potential of Saltfleetby, Brockham and the 5 new potential sites, if we go back under bid following proof of works. Shell are already committed to buying the gas, they could easily afford to snap this up.
