just a thought but if these russian henchman lose the election as mdp thinks

if bizarrely might not be good for the region as what might the russians do then

its been so long ago now but in the early stages of the liquidation didn't the directors agree that the company was solvent and at risk of prison didn't they make a declaration to that effect to fti

I suppose the outcome of the arbitration wasn't known at that point
