2 new revenue streams to help the last quarter and 3 new ones for next year - looking good already!

I think there may be a little upward pressure on the share price ahead of the results.

Yesterday at 11.52 I bought 1.5K at a price of 6.12p and it shows as a sell. The reason for this is I think that the struck price was nearer to the Bid than the Ask. There were 10 other "sells" that day, most of them around 6.12 including one at 5K and one at 15K.

The only question mark over TPG, and it may be a concern for the market, is the inaction re the fund raising now approaching 2 years ago. If the money is spent well the price will climb. Remember the II's have the bulk of the shares so it won't take that many PI's buying to create a price rise - interesting times ahead!!

Hi Dar-, My take is that since the Corac days we have developed. It may well be that the change from Corac to TPG was a transformation. However since those 5/7 years ago days we have developed in a myriad of ways.

I maintain that this financial year will see us transform from a loss making company to a profitable one with the ability to pay a Dividend to boot. A bit of a milestone at least!

I guess it's a question of the meaning of transform.

Hi ABLE, you may well have a valid point but TPG is in an unusual position. Half of the MC is in cash. Forward order books total some 12/18 months revenue and are spread over several years giving extremely visible future revenue. Bearing in mind the large (over 50% ) 1st half revenue figures we have almost certainly broken into profit for the 2nd half if not the full year.

If we could announce market pleasing acquisitions then I can see no reason why the SP could not easily gain at least 50%. Bearing in mind the capital reduction done some 2/3 years ago then future dividends (possibly token ones) are a reality in the near term.

Time will of course tell but I think we are in a transformative period this financial year.

I have no knowledge of the Manchester premises. But if they are only admin then that is no real problem to ramp up. If however they are laboratory based then that is more specialised - which is it please - or is it a mixture?

I think the 1st two reactors are possibly on order. The 1st one will go straight to the new premises and the 2nd larger reactor will probably take longer to produce as it's a new design. Once the new reactor is installed the old furnaces will be moved over. Re-reading the RNS it looks as if the 3rd reactor is in fact the testing/R & D one.

Re Aerospace orders - well the noises get more and more positive but if our revenue is increasing anyway we might have production constraints on any large orders. Bit chicken and egg at the moment I reckon. The target is 18 months to September 20 for the finalisation of the move but it should be say 12 months for the 1st reactor to come on stream and say 3 months to get the old three across and in full production. Exiting times ahead.

It is ambitious but with previous history - over many years plus a pile of cash there's no reason why it won't be achieved. I might have said it before but the way this company is run it's in my forever fund.

It was good to see the birds eye view of the factory activity. Unimaginable a year ago!

I very much doubt that any BoD member actually reads this board. It is essentially an opinion sharing board for people with a common interest. Over the years I've held shares in some 40 or so companies and I've never read a comment from anybody professing to be on the Board of any of 'em.

There are only a handful of regular posters here say less than a dozen and with differing views to boot so what would the BoD gain? I don't know the total of PI's in the company but we must be a tiny percentage of the total.

To further put this in perspective PI's have only some 15% of the company anyway as 85% is with institutional investors

Hi ABLE, the BoD stated that the intention was to spend the funds raised within 12 months. Since that fund raising our acquisition programme has in fact declined without any explanation of any sort.

This Is I believe detrimental to our SP. I can't quite see what any result of any European Elections has had in the past so why future elections is a factor I'm not to sure about. We are in fact more global than just the EU.

In my view the BoD should show shareholders the courtesy of a meaningful update. This is our money! My point is that they should be "Ronseal" and do what they said on the tin!

Hallo Able and other posters. My concern re the cash raised nearly 2 years ago is that the BoD has not acted.

If you look at the prospective, 2 years ago, regarding the fund raising there were multiple targets that had been previously researched.

The inactivity has not been good. 1. The fund raising had a lot of costs and 2. Existing shareholders suffered a dilution. So what was the point?

If you look at our previous acquisition record we did far more before the fundraising ( 2 or 3 every 18/24 months) than we have done since.

I believe that this apparent juxtaposition is holding back the SP.

I've said before about company uncertainty on the SP. We keep announcing various new contracts and our revenue must be rising and so to our forward order book. Profits and Dividends are on the horizon.

However the elephant in the room is the 20 Mill fund raise of cash for, specifically, acquisitions. That was raised almost 2 years ago on the proviso to spend it with a maximum of 12 months - now 21 months ago.

This uncertainty weighs down the sp because if we get it wrong (according to the markets) it's a big slice of our market Cap. It's just like Brexit - go on and do it! At least we're out of our misery!

Symphony has been a start-up/development company for a long time now. 7% revenue growth coupled with 3% growth profit is not exactly dynamic.

Both the financial and business highlights have a high proportion of negatives and reliance on outside bodies.

Couple that with little proactive BoD initiatives and I have to say that the only reason I'm still invested is that I bought into the original dream. Fortunately I sold some at last years spike and so I sit on a 1K net profit.

I am basically disappointed though because I believe we have wasted an ecological opportunity.

Hi ragnarl, Actually I reckon we are pretty much there now. This will be our 2nd rear of profit and with the USA connection to work on this year it can only get better particularly with the recent cost cutting.

Little early to talk of Divi's but a token one is possible for this year but next year a Divi should be pretty certain if only a token one. .

Well at least I got one thing right - I expect all todays "sells" at 48 are in fact buys. You'd think in this day and age it would be possible to use some other mechanism, apart from price, to determine the trades.

Yes 1.2p in old money is quite low as the last two fundraisings were done at 1.7 and 1.5. Glad I'm not the only one to call it wrong!

Got mine at 48p Timed 9.48. Bet that comes up as a sell.

Certainly in profit for this year now - interesting to see if we've recovered last years losses. The rest of the contract should be largely concluded next year and cover the bulk of those costs.

At long last we seem to be getting there I'm now looking forward to ST's next webcast - and for a change perhaps he is as well!

Hi Richie, If you look at the last years Financial Report there seems to be a lot of effort being put into new orders and applications. It apparently takes some 18 months or so for an initial enquiry to lead to an order.

This longish lead time leads me to think that ordering 3 reactors at once (50% of our current capacity) is in fact going for it in a bold and impressive way.

The Turbine business is pretty much nailed on but a year or two away from profit. But remember It first surfaced some 4 years ago. The low temperature Sub Strat research is I think a few more years away. But if successful this will massively increase our potential.

A year or two ago I posted that this is a 'Slow Burner' It still is and will always be so but once we are able to generate a continuous stream of new reactors then the potential here is unlimited.

Get one good year under our belt and the groundwork, already done, will bring Stone Alliance that much closer! (Sorry! no pun intended) Stone Alliance could become massive with both governments assistance.

Indeed Dibs61, Year end September 20 is the finalisation of the planned migration to the new premises and the 1st reactor will obviously be on site - possibly by April?. My guess is that the 2nd larger reactor will be close behind the migration say October 20? So there is a potential for extra revenue in full year 20 and a further increase in the following years.

Before these 3 reactors are delivered it should be possible initiate a rolling production of reactors. I think Bicester could take at least one more to say 7 and there's room at Virginia for I think a further 4.

We are apparently dealing with other aerospace companies, not just Leonardo, who may well have smaller orders anyway.

Be interesting to see the half year figures in say May - With the new activity you may have to wait a long time for 50p!!
