Just bought a top-up 6412 @ £0.3318p for £2127 which shows as a sell along with a host of other sales. Very confusing!

All I can say is - buy in now before any new contracts are announced as the profit margin is high with future increasing reoccurring satellite revenue, coupled with the AIS Transceiver business, being able to support the future business costs anyway.

At last the potential is within touching distance. PS - I do have long arms!!

just sold my last holdings following my latest RSPB magazine. The delivery envelope makes it's compostable credentials abundantly clear but it also says it's not recyclable. My point is that other suppliers are going forward but SYM is apparently not.

Nobody responded to my query last week about the BoDs lack of activity. I rest my case.

Hi Dar- As regards the financial report of 21 pages - well done for wading through it! I'm sure you can glean info from it but for me the actual bottom line is the fact we made a profit for the first time since I've been here since the days of Corac some 6/7 years ago.

Apart from the acquisition inactivity (and I don't think there will be much up date in the printed report because any update will be via RNSs) this is a well run company so I don't attach that much importance to any further expansion from the audited accounts as already published and which is historical anyway.

As I've said before spend the cash wisely, pay a dividend (even a token one) and the markets will be relieved and the SP will rise. It really is as simple as that in my book.

Looking at the revenue growth and the forward order book and the mainly defense based business the SP could double if we make the right acquisitions.

Hi Dar, Don't want to be confrontational but the 2017 accounts are of course relevant..

However I have referred to the 2018 accounts. So referring only to them - what do you think is missing?

Hi Dar, I've revisited the RNS. It says at the beginning that this is the audited final results. There's pages of it!

All I can see missing is the pretty pictures and the glossy paper pages.

Didn't quite achieve reversing last years losses but in light of the update - doesn't really matter!! Woo-Har.

Hi Dar- The RNS says no dividend and no acquisitions.

Pretty happy with the results. Progress across the whole board and also generating sales in over 30 counties are good achievements. This year should see a boost from sage 32 and next year there's the IONAA Illumina sequencing to come on stream plus other developments in the pipeline.

For me the Illumina litigation had a positive side effect in that the company looked to geographical areas outside of the IIlumina patent areas and we now seem to be internationally focused. We could even be Brexit proof!!

Good point Gunthorpe. I've actually done a single K at best for Monday.

This is small beer for many of us but a lot of my best punts have been small amounts that have come good while a lot of my heftier spends have disappeared into the AIM black hole. Who Knows!!

Reading a couple of posters or two that could be in the above bracket I've reviewed my holdings and I note that over the last three years I've bought at 2.4p 11/04/16 and 05/05/16 at 4.4p and again on 30/11/17 at 2.7p.

I sold on 30/11/17 at 27.5p and now sit on total profit. It's not a big holding but a pleasing one and I'd kind of lost focus.

I've just re-visited the latest accounts and made an assumption about the current BoD and will be buying back tomorrow into my ISA. It won't be a massive purchase - this is still a start-up but the number of shares in issue plus the MC plus the positive effect that Jim Millen has had make this a bet worth making.

So thank you for the controversy guys and for grabbing my attention.

Hi Taly, You're quite right but as a start-up on AIM this is not unknown. If the original reason for buying is still valid you either stay or do a top-up. In Fox's case I have topped up. Stone Alliance is the Biggy - if of course it happens?

But again this is the AIM. You spends your money and makes your bets.

You're quite right - the BoD have got it earmarked for something! But nobody knows what! They need to use it.

The point I made is that the SP is ludicrously low. As far as I can see the cash is actually a disadvantage as the market is waiting to see how well it's spent.

Spend the cash - make some astute acquisitions and commence dividends and there will be no reason for the SP not to reflect this by rapidly rising.

The £22.4 Mill cash on the balance sheet has gone up by half a mill since last year. If it isn't 'spare' capital or cash reserves what is it then?

Hi dactions some good observations. Oldbadger drew a bit of fire the other day by referring to TPG as a dog. But as regards the SP I think he had a good point,

We have a MC of about 20% above the revenue. This is for a profitable company with a forward order book equal to the MC the bulk of which is defense related and relatively fireproof. And to cap it all nearly half of the MC is in cold hard cash which means the actual business is valued at only £25 Mill - absolutely ludicrous!

The only two things that I can see to improve things is to spend the cash on viable acquisitions, (just like they said they would!) and declare a dividend which could be a token one to conserve cash but which will raise the company profile and put us on the radar of a wider range of investors.

If you look at the 2 RNS's of the 19th of August '16 and the 28th of September you will see that the way is clear to pay Divi's irrespective of losses. It was this Capital Reduction exercise that allows this.

Update! now 3 new revenue streams for this year with 4 new streams for next year equalling 10% of annual revenue anyway.

The revenue earnings will be able to fund real dividend growth over the next few years. Rock on Tommy!

Might have been a good day 2 years ago but not today.

My prediction is:-

1. Revenue say some 25% increase around the mid/ high 30's.

2. Maiden profit around 2/3 Mill.

3. Possibly a Divi but more likely some info about the future prospects. I think an awful lot re Divis depends on our 1st 3 months trading. If it's good it will give the BoD a certain confidence.

Whatever the actual figures I'm sure this is going to be a good report.
