Hi TELCmm, Tullow has been a speculative stock for some years and has never delivered in a meaningful long term way. It may well due so in the future.

TPG is breaking into profit with a growing defence based business with some 20/30 Mill or so of forward orders.
The chances of increased profits from TPG are close to 100%.

So hedge your bets - retain 1K to keep massive potential. 3K to TPG to deliver results. A good British compromise!

I topped up a couple of times in January and February at around 5p so this weeks rises mean I'm in danger of breaking even.

Averaging down can be risky but has helped to make up for the couple of purchases at 13p!! Gosh aren't AIM start-ups fun!

Hi johnpwh, because the Chinese are a major cash upfront customer not to certain why this is a problem as I'm certain our price is priced to sell!

I've said before that a lossmaking company on AIM operating in Kosovo in a start-up situation without industry experience is a pure gamble and not a stone wall (sorry) certainty. Think on - the SP reflects this.

PS On a lighter note. As a good Tottenham boy I know that after years of under achievement it is possible to, with the right investment, start to dream of glory!

I am prepared for a drop-back tomorrow but I don't really care. The research note plus todays rise has, together, given us the oxygen of publicity. As positive news comes in it will be more widely received - I think a corner has been turned but it will be a year or reach the real potential.

I mentioned in my previous post that I might have to consider a top-up. Not yet done so as I need to rearrange funds but I'm certain the boat has not yet been missed.

It's not always easy for companies to answer specific questions. EG The queries re Genoma, Elucigene and Stifel may well involve commercial and financiall sensitivities - not just for us but for them as well!

The questions re thresholds again are a bit of a grey area. AIM rules (I think) specify that deals over 10% of revenue should be reported. How many companies would publicy specify a lower threshold if they did'nt have to? I know of none.

Re the top two customers. It's either in the annual report (rarely I think) or as a start-up company that definition can change overnight and besides the top two customers could be rivals anyway!! The answer is perhaps frustrating but the AGM is there for exactly that reason.

Hi Hemo and Juan, These are very specific questions and I would think that many companies would not have given a specific public response (public in the sense that you could distribute it) The answers, if written, could be construed as company statements.

These are exactly the type of questions to ask at the AGM where the answer is oral and can have caveats. Unfortunately it's often difficult to attend these.

Sounds like they want more money which we may have to pay. Say a face saving payment at least. As unvrkw pointed out there could be a lot of fingers in the pie and the governments attitude could be important. Shutting down the quarry is a very good response. Adds pressure all round. May take a little time to sort and is not a welcome distraction but not I think a major long time problem.

Hi dactions, Good bit of activity today so far as well. I've just looked at the losses for the 1st half last year 0.7 mill, as the profit was at 0.7Mill at the end of the year then we should have done about 1.4 Mill profit in the last half.

If we did more than that in the 1st half of this year then we should smash the expectations of 3 Mill for the full year. If this is so then when it's announced the SP should enjoy another rise - add in the prospect of a (token) full year Divi then we could get a decent rise of between 5)% or even double. In my view a decent acquisition will make this a certainty.

Yes a good research note, not to certain who commissioned it, but seems pretty achievable and gives hope for the future! May have to consider a top-up.

PS do we really have more cash than valuation - not according to the research note we don't?

I doubt there would be a cash call for acquisitions any time soon as we haven't yet spent the last one in 2 years when the plan was to spend it in 1 year! Any way we've still got half of the fund raise left - say 10 Mill?

The SP should get a boost on Monday and hopefully that in itself might attract interest and any rise might be sustained - one can but hope!

Hallo exiledins, todays trades shows 1 buy and 2 sales so I am not too shocked actually! Fox was never going to be straight forward - start-up quarry in Kosovo = a stone cold certainty - I think not!

This is an AIM gamble:- you make your bets and you reap rewards or perhaps you lose the lot. However it was you that made the right decision, or perhaps, the wrong one.

The market seems a little underwhelmed over the update and I am a little bit too. While the update is very positive If we want to get the SP up a bit then we need to actually say how we're actually trading. EG we could have put an approximate figure on the sales pipeline which I'm guessing could have been announced as a record.

If we are on track to deliver market forcasts then because iweb's reserch pages show a yearly forecast of 3 Mill profit we should have done close to a million in this half. This is actually close to 150% of the whole of last year (0.7 Mill) This is quite an acheivement and is a positive point. I'm sure there are other figures that could have been highlighted even if it meant a short delay.

I'm not guilding the lily here just adding some trading figures to a trading update! .

Goggins. Sell and go or just stop whinging and instructing people to contact the company. If it's that important - do it yourself!

Well said bakky, it does surprise me why some doom and gloomers bother to hold shares at all! The last 12 months or so have seen a transformation and most long term successful companies do not arrive overnight but steadily build.

I believe we are now in a position to build on a number of fronts and I like Rees can-do attitude. Onwards and upwards.

I use iweb for trading and all they show is a loss of 1.2 Mill this year and a loss of 0.2 Mill next with no revenue figures. However the contract has arrived in the nick of time - a little bit of luck going our way perhaps!

Thanks Esh Yes, caught the interview, a bit of reiteration here and there, as is some times the case with CG. but on balance it does seem as if we now have an ongoing )and growing sales line with block marble.

Not to concerned about the actual full year figures, in the sense that we're possibly undercutting competitors and not realising our full financial potential.

But conversely the more block that gets out there could increase the interest in our factory finished products. IE if we're competitively priced there we may be the same elsewhere - customers may think.

For my money we need to prove we can deliver a viable extraction business because Stone Alliance for me is the biggy and will make my heirs richish. They should be so lucky!!

I too look forward. Although others have complained about our sales contracts (or more distinctly the lack of them!) it needs to be remembered that we sold in over 30 countries last year. We now have a lot more products that can be offered to those countries. The infrastructure is there and so the cost will be minimal.

So to those that bemoan the lack of new contracts reflect that the cost of marketing new products through existing routes is often much simpler, quicker and can be really cost effective.

On a scale of 1 to 10 my Bunny Happiness is around 7.5.
