Well I never did! I fully expected the O &G market to be dead but even if does die off over the rest of the year we seem to have other new streams coming on. At long last the aerospace business seems to be growing and in various directions too.

Could be in line for a record year which will be quite an achievement.

Interesting maths unvrkw and as you say fairly conservative. I bought back in January and again this month because the company now clearly has a more workman like approach anyway. Any Court win will obviously be a bonus and may have influenced my decision! Very interesting how this will pan out.

It is a fact that we have now recently advertised "Contract Manufacturing" as one of our services. In spite of this I don't see this as a core product but is certainly a new revenue stream which will last for many months yet. Well done LR for adding another string to our bow. We are only part of the process. It's not a new quiver of arrows or a spare bow but it is welcome anyway.

Should help the 2nd half figures and 1st half figures will be helped by several previous contracts. One can only see increased revenue for this year and beyond. What a difference too many companies at the moment and vindicates the BoD's previous decision to change direction.

I don't see any explosive growth here but a steady and continuous revenue growth for several years to come. Profits will grow exponentially as the cost base is pretty much fixed. Almost sounds to good to be true!!

I too will filter him - he's just not willing to deal in facts. As I've never filtered before in some 10 years it may take 5 Minuets!

Hi unvrkw, there was another negative poster AaronQ who also seemed to have some personal agenda like McGrath. They both remind me of Trump - you spout fake news and hope that someone actually believes it! I just don't understand what his point is. I'd back Gilbert as I've seen him do his best for some 4/5 years or so. There were early errors but they were caused by lack of experience and he made up for that by sheer perseverance which is why I've bought back in.

Hi JAdam, I think you've missed the point here. although turnover is low the losses are hardly mighty.

With only 72 Mill shares - mainly with PI's - and a MC of 3 mill there is a lot of potential SP growth here. The last 3 years have produced rising income and reducing losses. This year ( Year end is June) is expected to be the same. The customer list is growing as awareness grows and we seem to get further business from new customers once the original work is done.

Cash of £434k at half year should see us through to profit with no cash call - what's not to like?

I've just bought back in and showing a profit in spite of the 23% spread at the time! One of Chris Gilberts strengths is the fact that he has never given up and just keeps swinging. With the extra expertise in the BoD and workforce plus the focus on the local market and the factory output there does seem to be not only a plan but also progress. Wonders will never cease!

This poster is an anonymous trouble maker with a hidden agenda. The article has no real facts just "according to this" "According to him" "according to that" If half of it were true then why doesn't he report it to AIM with factual evidence?

Hi eshaitan, thanks in advance. I sold out because of the wild west political problems last year and bought back a whole 2k in January and I've only lost 50% so pretty good compared to some other duffers I've had!

I like the new concept of FOX - deal with the locals and spread it from there. I will need to see a reduction of the 23% spread before I buy back but it is the only one now of my "risky AIM start-ups".

Used to be a few of those but they've mostly crashed and burnt, apart of course from the ones I've still kept! My glass is always half full because if it isn't - I open another bottle!!

Hi eshaitan, had a look at the event which seems pretty wide spread. Unfortunately I won't be able to follow it. However if its simple to do I would appreciate any link you can provide. I do believe that with the recent reorganisation and refocus there is a chance of staying alive - probably only just though!!

Your extremely thoughtful and accurate post is worth it's own thread. I've been saying that the National Health Service is misnamed because it is not National.
It is in fact some 233 individual Trusts all doing their own thing with their own budgets. They don't co-operate on any single issue.

Your views on procurement are exactly right - there is no stockpile of anything because there is no central warehousing or distribution. Care homes were even more fragmented with some 16.000 of them. Apparently some half of them are 1 and 2 site independent - in every sense of the word - operations.

I doubt that the two are related. Many companies are delaying results because of accountancy delays and in fact the time restrictions have been eased. Frustrating but not sinister and I'm guessing that as TPG is a complex company anyway it is perhaps quite a challenge.

Yes jsmith a £1 in 12 months is possible but I'd be quite happy at say 75p. However we're cash positive, profitable and reducing costs. This means that our history of acquisitions enters the picture. I wouldn't bet against further acquisitions anyway which could cast a whole new dynamic to the future.

Gosh I'm nearly talking myself into more top-ups!!

Took a look at the 6 month share performance and the last couple of updates plus the impressive way they've dealt operationally with Covid-19 restrictions.

I've always liked the way the BoD has operated and I can't see they've put a foot wrong this time. I've put my money where my mouth is and just done a little top-up and will do so again when I'm in funds. At under 30p this is a steal. It won't last!
