It's possibly only long term holders and long term employees who know how real Airbus is - I don't work for the company but my money says they are.

Good post Steve67. Vaccines are difficult beasts. A Common Cold Research Center was set up in the 1950's and we're still waiting! Covid-19 testing will be with us for a long time yet. The only way to test if the vaccine works is to continue testing!

I would think that 27p may be a low point. I've just re-read the trading statement. It is a setback but we've weathered them before The main large O & G order is at this stage only a postponement not a cancellation. The main drawback for me is the airbus approval of the new premises apparently 6/7 months away. However it does seem as if we've enough cash to trade through too smoother waters and 1/2 Mill loss is not the end of the world.

I'm just crossing my fingers though that the new larger reactor is not delayed as we need this for testing larger turbine blades and aircraft landing gear parts. It is encouraging that a lot of testing is carrying on and further airbus parts are in the near term pipeline.

Hi lost in France, well yes - it could be both. Investing elsewhere is hopefully the reason as there's no big sells but I sold a few K recently to invest elsewhere. It's difficult to see any bad news because we do seem to have achieved diversity. Unfortunately the diversity is not yet producing meaningful revenue - let alone profits but one day Rodney!

I sold a few because Rodney's day was nearer, in my view, with SRT. Currently I seem to have got it right. HDD is going to be mega but the nature of the beast means it will take years. Occasionally one want to savor jam today!

The SP here is buoyed by speculation. There is an immense potential here and I think it's a question now of when whereas 2/3 years ago it was more 'if'.

Yes, as usual a straight forward presentation covering a lot of ground. Liked the info re a new product manager - shows real future growth potential in the B900 series and beyond. Interesting point re continuous ongoing customer sales and Bahrain in new transponder talks - this is in addition to the ring of steel announced last November. Once a customer always a customer!!

Definitely interesting. Water Droplet erosion/damage to turbine blades is being tested with EDF. We've been going some years now and I wonder how much cross-over testing there will be - now knowing a little about how the aerospace industry operates probably not a lot!

Bearing in mind previous lead times then EDF is probably a couple of years away from an actual order but hey - all is grist to the mill!

I think we've also been helped by ST's tactic of a positive update one week and a webcast the next. Sort of concentrates the mind as he comes across as pretty fair but positive. His only down side, as he has admitted, is the delays caused by Governments and their bureaucracy that SRT did not appreciate. However the SP is usually helped a little anyway. Looking forward to Wednesday!

Hi dsc, Re your comment about diversity - I completely agree. I doubt if there is any company with a MC of 55 Mill that is more diverse than TPG!

Thanks for the link eshaitan. It does seem, just a little, Wild West as I've said before. I understand that It's the sale of the quarries that is being argued. Not to sure if the government was involved in that, probably not, but I seem to recall some political involvement couple of yeas ago.

Might have to think of a tiny top-up. I've said before that Chris Gilbert still keeps swinging at the opposition and has put his own cash in. I don't think this is forever fund territory though!! Win the case and sell enough to get back my previous losses and ride the tiger!!

I'd like to second your post eagle. I've read Riddler on this and other boards and some of his info I already know but a lot is new and sometimes to my financial advantage so thanks Riddler. The info is free and no one has to read it!

Like many on here he does give opinions from time to time but often his posts are just factual. Those who detract from him sometimes seem to think that it is only their own opinions that matter and his should be shouted down. This is a chat board. Opinions should be respected that be free to all.

Kingsmen needs to visit the TPG website. It is impossible to supply the RN submarine fleet for 50 years with atmosphere equipment including the Astute and Dreadnought new builds and not be a Master.

It's a bit of a puzzle! Progressive and innovative BoD. Growing both by acquisition and organically. Excellent reaction to the pandemic. Continuous focus on costs. Continual revenue growth that doubles every 2 years and only 50 Mill MC!!

I only see growth here but why we've lost market favor I just don't know - only patience left!!!

According to todays Times the UK operation of Wirecard is profitable and could be sold separately as a going concern. If it is sold it will be pretty cheap I guess . Re-reading the Jan update (thanks shear Class) It could be worth a punt particularly as the BoE has hinted at negative interest rates which would be a cost for cash positive companies. Interesting possibility anyway!

Hi Alocasia, We are a totally different proposition now from the last couple of years. We've got to wait until September for 1st half figures and although the June update was positive there is a danger of the SP falling back a bit. We need news of a new deal or licensing agreement to help keep it up. For me what is crucial is the time it takes to build up the licensing revenues.

I'm sure that in the next year or so the true potential will become apparent. Licensing revenue is pretty low cost and can be regular as clockwork - we just have to keep new deals coming which we seem capable of doing. What could possibility go wrong!!

Well said Florida - exactly right. It was this future vision that kept me here. Steven Little has had his detractors but they don't seem to appreciate his determination, in the face of daunting litigation, to drive us forward.

It was also his realization that he needed help to move us on and so Lyn Rees was brought on board - pretty much a master stroke for me. You've only got to see the both the revenue growth and the product diversification in just a couple of years or so. This company is on the cusp of solid long term growth.
