If London is quicker then that's where we should be as costs (on a no win no fee basis) are not the issue here and it should be more convenient. However if Geneva is more aggressive and gets bigger settlements then I could be persuaded!!

I am a LTH with TP Group (TPG) In the last 3 years the sp has gone between 4 and 8p. Yr end '17 the rev was 27.9 Mill, by Yr end '19 it had doubled to 58Mill. It is exceptionally diverse. TPG has long term contracts some for many years with high value clients.

7 Mill over the next 18 months or so with the British Army to provide consultancy services. Contracts with the RN to supply equipment to the 2 new classes of submarines being built. 18 Mill euros signed with the European Space agency in March followed by a further 9 Mill in July. Contract with Gulf states for military equipment. Framework Contract with Euro Control to monitor air space. Contracts with Aussie Government on their Sub program. They can provide medical grade Oxygen and liquid Hydrogen from portable pallet sized equipment that only needs 3 phase electricity and fresh or sea water plugin. I could go on!

In the first 6 months 30 Mill of orders were taken. Over 12 contracts have been announce this year. Covid-19 has seemed to pass them by. Over 60 Mill of revenue should be easily achieved the year and the forward order book is somewhere around 65/70 Mill. Now my challenge to you is what is the MC?

Well actually today it is less than the annual revenue and less than the forward order book . It is 54 Mill - problems with YGEN - Nar!

The Feb strategy RNS mention 2 discussions re opening new quarries in Kosovo, I think under license. It was subject to test drilling though.

What I find encouraging is the May 888 Casino agreement will have a full positive effect on the 2nd half as will the recent Oryx agreement. Add in the 1.4 Mill final payment and 13 Mill for the full year is not an impossibility. A profit for the second half is almost a given.

Actually, to be greedy, we need 13.8 Mill to double last years revenue! I wonder?

Hi pacman, I give a quote from your 15.30 post. I'm not to sure I agree. It is of course a matter of terminology and some people's idea of a long time is a short time and Vice Versa.

In Mid March the price was around 9p I know - I bought a small top-up. In mid April it was up some 2.5 times to 22p that's only 4 and 5 months ago. I don't quite know how that could be manipulated, or is just the last three months or so?

Every Monday I sort of hope for Contract news. It would be good to get at least one started before year end and get an initial payment in before September year end. Unfortunately time is starting to run out. I do appreciate that it's not critical but it would help to smooth revenue. My guess is that there's probably only some three or four weeks to achieve that in.

I do find it frustrating though!

I think, easyp, that the only thing to move this SP is a stick of dynamite! We've had a dozen or more positive RNSs this year alone! Actually, because we are so diverse, so is our admin. The consultancy division overheads are largely wages and so 250k a month should sort that out so I'm guessing a profit for them for this and next year.

The various other businesses also have their own overheads but as we have doubled our revenue in the last 2 years then you would think that they also should start to move into profit. The Trading update was a little mixed for me with no numbers. I did think that this year would see a profit and at least a mention of the D word! Covid-19 has had an effect but not too much apparently. Break into profit - pay a token divi and we will all reap the rewards.

PS. Both our forward orderbook and our revenues are higher than our MC - you couldn't make it up!

Exactly right Morbox, you would think that any addition would be higher margin/profitable. 7 mill over 2 years is a big deal to the consultancy side plus of course the possible 1 Mill extension as the original Feb announcement.

One of the things that holds us back is not the ability to grow our revenue, which has been excellent, but the ability to make a profit. These top-up contracts should be where the profits start . Now , for the Biggy, will it effect the SP?

I know CG has stated a possibility for a share buy back once the case is won. Not to sure how that works. Surly the SP will rise according to the size of the win so won't that make them expensive to buy them back? I suppose buying them back maintains the SP while a special Divi will deflate it? Any thoughts out there?

Oh no - not covid-19 again!! The company has repeatedly stated that they are NOT - repeat NOT involved in any Covid-19 work/research/intentions. Unless there is a press release this is true. Unless of course PYC is deliberately illegally releasing false information!!! Make your own mind up folks!

Although the SP has doubled in the last 3 months or so there's still room for a further rise because of the new deals we are signing. You can already see growth over the next couple of years plus positive international marketing.

Relatively fixed cost base make this a winner. Only need to get the year end final payment to ice the cake!

This is like the length of string! I suppose one element is where would we be now if that hadn't happened? Then there's distraction, time, effort and costs. There's also the effect on the Stone Alliance progress, or not, as the case may be.

So quarry back, no debt, enough cash to invest in any needed equipment and also to promote Stone Alliance and future block sales. You then double that and accept 75%.

PS. It is one thing to post stuff on this board but in question 2 you have asked him if he is of the opinion that YGEN or the II's are committing an illegal act by manipulating the SP. Might not get the response you hoped!

You do have a point ColSoul but the questions are to easy to answer as follows:-

1. Read the align research report that Steve67 provided the link for. The info is extremely technical and how do you actually promote that in an efficient and cost effective manner?

2. 20% SP increase in the last 6 months. 50% in the last 12.

3. Caxton are doing just that. Covid-19 tests are coming on the market on almost a daily basis. There is no clear way to stand out without a major and costly, both in cash and time, advertising/promotion exercise.

I have just re-read some of the align research report. The progress since Ree's joined 2 years ago is clearly laid out. More power to his elbow I say

Good point Ctw. How on earth do we expect to be satisficed with a measly 50%+ SP rise in 12 months?!! The conspiracy theorists are obviously right about the company refusing to let the price rise any further - It's blindingly obvious!!! The II's are keeping the price low to buy loads and short change the PI's!! I DON'T think.

If there quick of the mark they may even be able to announce the 1st sales in the interims - they've got 6 weeks!

Fox is always late with figures - probably waiting for good news in the meantime! I guess we have to wait until the 2 new machines are operational and perhaps another contract. However at least any prognosis for the future should make better reading.

In good time as well. Under promise and over deliver. Presumably then we can start on Airbus approval at the new site and finally close the old one. Anybody know how long what approval will take? Presumably they inspect over a period of time? As I understand it we just had one reactor approved at the old site and I'm hoping the reason for that was the rather bitty layout?
