A very positive step - It's a good way of rewarding forward thinking employees and the more that employees are interested in the company progress the better for the company. Many many years ago I was with BP and did very well from their Share Scheme!

It's possibly not an RNS release as it appears to be an agreement to develop games, not actually a new launch? Should be good for both companies companies though as there seems to be a two-way benefit. Onwards and upwards!

Fox is alleging that the Kosovan government broke it's own laws. Either that is right or wrong. If proved then that law breaking could in fact contribute to a lack of cash, profits and sales and increase the compensation.

EX5 was very inexpensive, extremely low key and less than 3 months away. My guess is that there had been detailed discussions for some time before the announcement hence EX5 retaining their name. It really does seem to expand and round off our offering. Could be a real revenue driver. As I've wondered before - will their numbers be reported separately ?

Park the train overnight next to 3 phase electricity and we can generate and store the fuel for the next day. The medical grade oxygen which is a free product is saleable in it's own right! The potential is unbelievable!

Good point smithy. They've developed this in under 3 months to boot. It provides a consolidated and broad service. Interesting that it's kept the Ex5 banner - wonder of the numbers will be reported separately?

I think that with or without Covid this business is a winner. The products are good and desirable. The overheads, which include new games, are largely fixed. Because we seem to continually sign new contracts/partners our revenue is increasing at least in the short/medium term. I can't actually see a downside!

I'm not that fussed to be honest it's just that I thought Qualsys was expensive and that drew my attention. We consistently double our revenue every three years which is pretty impressive and we are good at generating cash. I don't think it's a long term problem.

Hi barchid, I took the purchase price of Qualsys,15 Mill, and added it to the Bank debt as in yesterday's RNS Final Results of 16 Mill.
Or is that to simple and I've missed something - I rather hope I Have!

Hi Barcelona, Re Alstom, If you read Stokey12 post of Thursday at 07.51 and mine at 11.53 the situation will be clearer. Re declaring a divi, my desire to achieve a token divi has not a lot to do with actual cash exactly. I see it more as an advertising tool. TPG is too diverse, it has a collection of smaller companies that make promotion as a company difficult.

If one looks at the last 3 years say you see a well run company with a progressive BoD. You see strong revenue growth coupled with a strong order book growth. If a token divi was made it would show the confidence of the board backed up by those facts. The cost of say a tenth of a penny divi would be about a Mill including costs of setting up a maiden divi. I agree this is not an inconsequential sum but the gains could be dramatic.

The divi will advertise the company and make it noticed by the markets and prompt research into it. Many PI's and II's will only buy divi paying companies so we will be opened to maybe 10/20 times our current pool of shareholders.

In the last 3 years we have grown massively and trebled out revenue but the SP has not budged - something needs to change in my book and I can't think of anything else!

All seems pretty good. Major O & G contract back on. All new reactors commissioned. All test programs preceding as planned. New orders expected.

The revenue has dropped back to year end '18 but we've got 11 months going forward this year. With the O & G order back on and re-reading the latest new items We should be heading for a record year.

Growth all across the board. Extremely impressive. My only concern is the price paid for Qualsys at 15 Mill which means, I think, some 30 Mill of bank debt. Lets hope the intellectual properties are the reason.

You're quite right re Leonardo . But how could HDD have moved this on? Sure it's frustrating but regarding selling at any price one doesn't have to. I sold a few at 75p in August last year and recycled the proceeds to a buy at 29p recently. You can sell at any price or buy at any price. We are basically gamboling with no bookies profit to worry about just our own sell/buy decisions that to live with! Got it wrong many times!

Exactly right ijr1. This is virtually a brand new company with an unusually extensive previous knowledge and experience in it's market place. We are continually developing new products around the world. Marketing is a company strength.

In addition it's successful trading history of game innovation and distribution gives it extra kudos in a crowded market place. We can , I think, believe that extra significant world wide growth is a given. Revenue can only increase. I can see no alternative!

UK Government have order 5000 Nudge boxes and 5.8 Mill tests. Takes 90 minutes to get a result but not a 100% accuracy YET.
