I've just re-read the latest trading statement looking for clues but the only immanent thing was new airbus parts but with only 1 reactor available I'm not to sure how much this would benefit us. Kirkham did say once that a reactor can generate around a £1 Mill a year. Perhaps a new order/contract?

I'm very unhappy with your posts for two main reasons.

1. If the Kosovan Government broke their own laws then Fox has a case. You are not addressing this point. Compensation would be another issue. All you are doing is running down Fox.

2. This board has in the recent past been trolled by anti Fox posters from Kosovo. By posting detrimental information you may well be helping these posters and also possibly acting against the interest of Fox shareholders.

I've Just got a feeling that the figures on the 20th are going to get a bit more attention than normally. We should also get a good heads up on the 3rd quarter too. Could this be the breakthrough year?

Hi NotMuch. Thankyou for trying again. I appreciate your full post and the time taken and you seem to have a better knowledge of Fox than I. Both yourself and johnpwh have concentrated on profits as an important point for damages - I have to say that I don't think this is so.

I'm not speculating on what is important but profits cannot be the main thrust because Fox's lawyers are working on a no win no fee basis. They do not seem to share your concerns?

Yes Adastra, The fact that a small company in Fareham can have the US DoD as an end customer speaks volumes. Any production is a year away but it demonstrates TPG's ability to grow niche businesses with long term potential. I expect that lift BV may have had a hand in this which itself was was 2/3 acquired by the purchase of Sapienza. Sapienza itself has proved a major contract winner. It all demonstrates the web of business that TPG is building along with credibility and a high barrier for competitors.

As a thought both LAST years revenue and our forward order are higher than our MC!! Our losses are always minimal as though we're being orchestrated to maximize revenue. So in my view it will take very little to break into meaningful profit and then 15p will be the starting point! Possibly this year even - onwards and upwards.

Our test is advertised as a 1 day TAT and the Velindre cancer center is 3. Probably not ours? But at least it shows there is a market.

quite right a4007053. However one of their services is in fact product management and oversight! They've proved that astute acquisitions grow revenue. They have publicly stated they want to grow the MC. My hope is that they are now working ON the business instead of IN the business

Obelix, you're living in the past a little. Both companies have improved communications quite a bit recently.

With the earlier Fluffy Favorite announcement and now this one, next years revenue increase is already assured! Can it get any better?

Don't get me wrong - I'll take any takeover money but I would really like to see how this goes for the next couple of years, the sky could be the limit!

As far as the group is concerned it's no big deal but as I understand it the Fareham operation is quite small so this will be a big deal for them bearing in mind the end customer and the new application. The question for me is will it break them into profit.?!!

Still not too sure your point NotMuch. If the Arbitration Court agrees that the previous Government broke it's own laws and that this damaged Fox then they're liable. The question will be what damage was done and how to quantify it.

Hi Alocasia i hope you're right re the 28th Oct - it should really boost next years revenue. I reckon that with the lump sum sale receipts this years revenue could be double anyway.

It does seem as if it's when and not if re a takeover which in a way I'll be sorry to see as it's not often I get to hold in such an obviously growing company. Mind you if it doubles the MC I won't complain!

Indeed a little dry - a song and dance man Jim is not! However he does seem good at running a business! The increased marketing spend appears to be going very well and building a broadening and increasing pipeline. With a year end of June there is time for this to translate into increased revenue. I'm pretty sure we break into profit this year.

Hi johnpwh. It does seem strange to sue the government and still stay there but apparently other companies have done it. The 2 Town Square projects are indirectly government funded! You need to remember this is a relatively new reformist government and they appear to want Fox's business.
