Yes - I too would settle out of court to speed it all up. If we can get enough cash to develop all our current quarries and develop a further factory (or two) then we only need to add say another 5 mill or so to kick start Stone Alliance. What are we looking at - £30 Mill and 2 years as a minimum?

The trend is moving towards compensation and rising production with new CNC machines installed in July - You seem to be unaware of the RNS of the 20th of July. Please read and let me know your thoughts on it. You are being deliberately obtuse to ask for proof of profits when there are none. Is this stupidity the best you've got?

Please make sensible comments and questions. Profits and dividends will follow as the company develops its contracts within Kosovo itself and restarts the quarries after the winter break for block sales. Covid 19 is an unknown threat at present but vaccines are coming and quarries are a Covid safe working environment anyway. In the last year or so we have recruited and trained new employees and we know have an experienced and skillful workforce both in management and in operations. The company has a different feel to it than say a year ago.

You have failed to address my challenge. Do so in a practical and factual way or admit your failure.

PS . I have another challenge for you. What is your view of Stone Alliance? Or don't you have one?

Since the RNS a week ago on the 16th the SP has risen by over 20%. This is of course a classic symptom of "epic" failure.

Providing we were able to extract and deliver enough stone in the last few months to keep the factory running over the winter, and we opened both Prelip and Cervenille quarries, we should be able to largely complete the tile production for the existing contracts during the winter. The pandemic is of course an unknown factor but hopefully block sales will commence again say in the 2nd half of the year.

So Doomers and Gloomers (and you know who you are!) I challenge you! What failure?

I've only been here since April '17 so I've never had the opportunity to buy at 25p! However I do own HDD which had a similar drop from my initial entry at 11p in 2006 to 3 for a penny 8/9 years later. I averaged down and am now (just!) in profit. There is also a danger that Hardide itself might break into profit!

There is defiantly a different feel to Fox now - CG had no stone experience when he started but there are now experienced people in charge. Covid permitting 2021 is going to be an important year for both the factory and the quarries.

Successful litigation and Stone Alliance are are two significant developments that could transform Fox.

A month or so ago I used the revenue figures on the fundamentals tab to show that every 2 years we multiply our revenue by around 2.5 times. If we do £22.2 Mill in April '21 we will have done it again, for the fourth or fifth time, from £8.88 Mill in April '19!

Very few companies can claim that kind of consistent and perhaps even relentless growth! I'm not saying that this excuses trading updates but they are a bit better than they used to be anyway. For me the revenue numbers are doing the talking .

Excellent link MaxH, this is a high point for PYC. Over the last 4/5 years we have steadily grown the income in a niche field and in the last 2/3 years or so attracted business from far bigger and established companies. The reason is that we have a unique product and the knowledge and skill set to maximise the value of bigger companies products. It is as simple as that

The collaboration/partnership with TRNC is in itself a promotional coupe. It will be financially mega if it comes off but in any case gives us credible publicity in the Pharma world. A major milestone in any event.

Hi brainspark, well yes, CG did say breakeven with with factory sales. I have said before that I admire his persistence, and that is one element of me buying back, however his previous forecasting has not always come to fruition! Reopening the quarries will not this year be weather dependent but do do with the unknown Covid situation. We just don't know if we have enough stone at the factory to continue all year. However my guess is that a profit is possible but I don't want to be the "Commentators kiss of death!"

HI unvrkw - If we manage to keep going to 2026 surely to god we'll be in profit and the loans won't matter?

I am puzzled - the first page says that sales were equally split between the UK & the US. But it also says that 33% of sales came from Martinsville. Does this mean we are processing US sales in Bicester?

Thanks for the link Talygarn. Things seem pretty straight forward now. I guess it'll be some 4/5 months before we will be able to re-open the quarries and get extraction going -vaccinations permitting. I hope we've got enough block to keep the factory and our revenue going until then. Block sales will hopefully boost the 2nd half and we may well breakeven next year.

The litigation is financially "free" as far as Fox is concerned and should only need management input from Fox. If we do win in 2022 then it can only boost the business. One of the original attractions to me apart from quality marble in a low cost environment was the prospect of Stone Alliance coming to fruition. If that does come about this will be a mega company. T 2p a pop this is a bargain.

I decided to sell out when the Malesheve quarry was closed in summer '19 as I didn't understand the situation and I actually said it was a bit too wild west for me and it cost me just under 2K so I guess I was pretty lucky. However very glad I bought back - there's an awful lot of mileage hear now.

I am a little deflated, my guess is that we've missed any contract announcement for this calendar year. Please please can we have a couple before year end March! Is this too much to ask!

Hi Funki, You need to take into consideration that this is not a legal case in a Court of Law which can sometimes give rise to appeals. This is a Court of Arbitration - It's a different animal. So that's one of your concerns answered.

Another concern is the scuppering of further development in the region because we are suing the government. However both the town square contracts are with local governments and are being paid by public funds. This is a point made by CG in his last presentation.

So not perhaps as serious as you feared?
