Not a lot actually new. It does mention "operational cash flow neutral" but that is only because the quarries are all shut! However we do have the cash raise to fall back on. Don't quite see any real reason for the SP drop - buying opportunity anyone ?

I've said before that ST's webcasts can sometimes help the SP but this is exceptional! Either we get a contract announcement PDQ or this drops back. Mind you on every recent webcast ST has said things are moving forward and one day we will see some contracts - as always it's when!?

LR was clearly disappointed. Double digit growth and the guys not happy - bodes well I think!

Hi turnkey, a good point about a lot of pies and the sheer volume of them. I do wonder if in fact we are just to diverse. We're excellent at growing revenue but we can't make a profit It may just be that a lot of our resources and efforts are being spent developing a whole host of technologies which may well come to fruition but will probably still require further investment. As an example Polaris was bought over 3 years ago and we are still developing it. NorthStar looks a world beater but the bigger the customer the bigger the hurdles and the greater the numbers.

My concern is that we are too diverse and that we are spreading our selves too thinly on the ground. One exception seems to be Sapienza which is fully up and running and has signed some significant contracts - lets hope the margins are there!

If we keep an MC of over £100 Mill and even a hint of a Divi in the current year then we will generate publicity and be acceptable to a lot more II's and PI's some of which only invest in Divi paying companies with over £100 Mill MC.

All adds fuel to the SP though. I rather like the idea of a US float - could be quite exiting!

Hi OT, TPG bought Polaris in December '17 ( the assignee) so I'd say yes.

If the record December figure includes the £1.5 Mill proceeds from the River UK sale then licensing revenue will be some 50% up on last year? To be frank I was expecting a higher figure. Not complaining - just curious.

So does this increase any potential sale price?

£31 Mill was the Contract value as in the RNS. It was Covid delayed but now probably completed. There is a large potential new order to put transponders on their deep sea fleet. Check out the webcast on Friday. These webcasts are a source of confidence for me. ST is a pretty straight forward guy.

There's a lot of "Banter!" on this board that sometimes verges on the abusive and is not really actually helping anyone. When LR joined, just over 2and-a-half years ago, it was projected that it would be 3-5 years to achieve shareholder value. I'm pretty sure that if the Pandemic was known about at that time-frame would have been extended.

Nobody whined then and there's over 2 years to go within the original time frame. I'm a long term holder (Ah the good old Vialogy days) and the potential of the company, in spite of Covid-19, is the best it's ever been. Add in a couple of years or so and this could be a very fruitful investment. Just a thought!

Hi Touax2, welcome aboard. I think you could well be right. The only real criticism of CG for me is the habit of doubling contract announcements. If he wants to announce phase 2 of the Poduy3va project as a new order then the original RNS one should have stated it was in 3 parts. This has definitely caused past confusion when block sale contracts were announced.

Apart from that I have confidence in CG because in spite of many false dawns the guy just keeps going and persistency is a big part of success. I think this year will be fairly slow because of Covid but the big unknown is the legal claim. Settle out o f Court and it could be this year evan. Woo-Har as some might say!

My concern is for this years accounts not the company as a whole. The several governments have a real fishing issue with depleting stocks plus increased security concerns. covid-19 is slowing things down and perhaps reducing budgets but the problems for these governments are still there and need addressing.

As always with PYC it's a question of timing.

As I see it a real advantage of this deal, which I think is likely, is that it will provide a constant and visible revenue stream. This is exactly what PYC need right now and, as a bonus it could perhaps be significant - onwards and upwards!

Lets hope we're not! This is why i wanted any new contract to get it's first milestone payment into this year accounts. There going to look pretty dismal otherwise.

ST is between 2 stools. If contracts are indeed imminent then we need good resources to implement them. If we don't get them we're burning cash for nothing! And this is my biggest holding!! Fingers crossed!

1st half year results announced for Dec '19 on the 3rd of March '20. Also a contract announcement on the 3rd of March '20 . But only both on the website under 'NEWS'. The RNS on that date is only a contract announcement and is silent on results. This RNS is also the first one for the year as it is on the company website under 'NEWS' . I just can't see an update for the 1st half.
