What's happened?4 Apr 2019 14:10
Two posts from 22nd March 2019, which caused much annoyance with certain posters who could only see positives at the time and were far too dismissive.
"Sweepie,
10p would be the new 2p point if, the amount of shares had remained the same and the progress was 5 fold, neither has happened.
I think what SW is saying is under 10p and this drops, so you must all do your best to keep it above that level. Only need a couple more 'investors' like lukehere to sell their 2.5m and invest elsewhere in the short term and the price will sink further....
Last year DA took $1,68,684 from it's shareholders in way of CLNs, this lasted until June where they needed another $425k, then September when they needed $525k, Then early this year they were back for $531,930.....
Question is how long will that last? I can't see that getting them through to much longer than end of April (if that). Also
are inVMA and FVR really bringing in enough revenues to fund growth? Bear in mind they are both at an early stage of commercialisation and FVR will be spending hard on further R&D. What about Flexiops will Wyld and Flexi need some more investment? (No longer getting the EU project money coming in).......
As the can gets kicked down the road the finances do come into play again......Will they try and ramp it up and get a placing away (worked last year) or will placees work the other way and try and forward sell it down before agreeing a placing price?
Will they get a strategic investor? If so what will they pay? Not much more than the present DA shareholders have been paying for CLNs surely?"
"Looking at the amounts DA has taken investment of $3,422,580 from it's shareholders by way of CLNs since 30th November 2017.
So in 16 months the rate of spend per month is $213k , they got $531,930 on 14th January this year and TERN paid it's second instalment of that money in February.
Might be earlier than end of April for the next CLNs....."
