from that link isn't it not obvious that the Alerion scam acquisition was not needed and that they needed to continue the work on the revenues, costs and reducing the debt pile, before concentrating on other things. Unfortunately some large holders were just concentrating on their own pockets and the Management ended up distracted and hamstrung...

I did feel the earlier posts this morning were a pre-cursor for another barrage of negativity to try and get the price down, no doubt the sell on the opening part of that plan.....
I find it funny how some are sticking with the negative slant while others have now bought back in and have turned 180*.
Not sure on another placing, I think the time taken could be for a deal to be struck, either an advance on the LCCM offtake or a JV for either Redmoor or hopefully Leigh Creek....

Could easily be djryan selling a few today (he likes to trade in round cash terms rather than round share numbers), put £22k on the table, change mind and take £16k off the table....Just saying.....

It is more than that, the Hermes loan was the first part of the refinancing earlier this year, it was a loan that allowed MRS to buyout the Bachmann loan.
So is it, they haven't been paying it and Hermes have called the whole lot in with interest?
If so, forget the EGMs which were entirely legitimate, given what the BoD and others did, but look at the cost of Alerion to our current cashflow, we may have paid for it in shares, but since then we have been paying for it to be developed and Talbott's wages....Means less cash and therefore they have missed payments on other things.
The only saving grace is that JZ, LH and the rest are caught up in this as well as other shareholders. However not fair that decent shareholders have been put through this due to the greed of a few...

But Blacksheep do you have to constantly repeat how unhappy you are here on a BB? If you were unhappy last week about the lack of news, that is hardly going to change this week (with still no news).
We know where you stand as you keep telling us, why don't you wait for the next news to be released, then post and we can see how (if) your mood has changed....

If you 'hate dilution' why be invested in an AIM small cap miner, that is obviously going to need to dilute to get Redmoor and Leigh Creek producing at full capacity.....JP was very clear well before the main client issue that Leigh Creek was going to need financing and that although they were trying to do so without dilution, raising funds through share issues was not off the table.
As for Redmoor, we have just raised to buy the other half and will need to raise lots to get it to production, whether by JV or raising as we develop, there will be dilution. So my comment is quite clear, why are you here if you hate dilution?
It is how small AIM companies raise to invest to turn into big companies.....

Well what the hell are you doing in a mining stock, looking to start production at two of it's assets?

Not sure I was trying to give a definition of naive, as you say you can look it up in a dictionary and while you are there try to understand what you read and not what you think you read. Where have I said the person who posted the email was naive??? That is why those examples don't relate to the content of the email....
I also did not suggest that the poster of the email was trying to drive the price down....I suggested the posters who kept bringing it up and the mid August date were trying to drive the price down, the likes of you, Fira, Toze, etc...The deramping crew, those that have sold to try and buy back later but hang around on the BBs adding their morbid comments at every opportunity.
Finally you show how naive you are.....There, I called you it....'What happens if JP answers someone's email and it is good news and the poster doesn't post it and the SP continues to drop' (you had to get that in), well first what could JP say to one shareholder without contravening market regulations on information dissemination? Second if it was that positive the said poster could be exchanging inside information and third if it wasn't that sensitive then why would it be good welcome news? Surely everyone would have to dress it up to make it positive again (which is where we started).

Naive in as much as to keep demanding more information, taking that information to the nth degree and then not liking the reality when it comes.
Naive in thinking that some here are talking their book.
Naive in thinking everything is always positive and that there are no hiccups on the way.
Naive in thinking they know better than those in charge on what should be done and why things have been done the way they were.
Naive in thinking because they are a shareholder they have the right to up to date information every week, sometimes before the information is even there.
Naive in thinking the posters bringing up the strategic review aren't actually just trying to work the price down further before they buy back.

I think it is always good manners not to share private emails (at least asking for permission to do so beforehand). To assume, because it wasn't said not to share, doesn't mean it is the right thing to do.
I think there were/are some rather naive shareholders here and their actions have contributed to the ups and downs of the moods here.
If I was JP I wouldn't communicate unless absolutely necessary now, and the shareholders have lost a real benefit we had of access to Management. It is why most other BoD's are so tight lipped, shareholders take everything and manipulate it for their own view and when that doesn't happen then they blame the Management, if the Management then stop communicating as much shareholders blame them again.....
