Fantastic news, good acquisition, just down the road from their base too. Happy with the discount on the placing, can't be fairer than that (1.5% discount). Looks like a good business decision and confirms their growth ambitions....

Would suggest that most of the shares went to existing holders (need to watch website updates to see any changes in holdings size). The rest it seems are being washed into the market....

If and when the shares are admitted, we need to see TR1s issued or it will suggest that the shares were hawked out to the bucket shop flip merchants...

Well they are going to have to make it attractive to all the other shareholders for them to sell, that means the large shareholders, of which approx. 70% of the share capital is in their hands. CIP are the ones that perhaps hold the key as they were buying at or above these levels over the last months, they will want to see a profit from their investment.

You said you had sold out, you inferred previously you sold out at 1.4p and that was that ,I said you bought back loads after that and made a whacking loss on them, you denied that and called me a liar. My narrative was quite clear and you seemed to agree, but clearly you have a problem with telling the truth, We have all lost here, we have all made mistakes, so when one poster claims he got it right and airbrushes out the reality that they bought back in and lost, nullifying the initial move to sell.
So my disrespect for you has grown, you are a Walter Mitty character and cannot be trusted....Hopefully you will now leave the SML Board, but as this last post from the past shows, you can't keep your word on that either,

You tell me how I sell shares in this , feel like Neil Woodford trying to liquidate. I’ve wrote this investment off but hope to be wrong.

I firmly believe the boards salary is ridiculous for an AIM tiddler. Everyone seems happy however that they deserve it.

Leigh creek might have been taken to a stage where they are touting its potential to backers but its my belief that they have failed to get it into production as unforeseen’s happened.

If they don’t get backing they will have to tap shareholders , we have a company here that creatively accounts and that is doomed to failure.

Redmoor should never of been purchased on NAE terms when it’s in distress and I believe it was a conflict of interest. We could of picked it up cheaper and at the right time.

Hans Camp wrote off.

No update on on Leigh creek yet we are supposed to be in production

2020 dropped now as they seek funding and partners.

How did it all go so wrong !!

To clarify the 60 thousand pounds would be on top of the 35 grand I am currently adrift.

I’m no cry baby I accept you win some you lose some. Luckily for me I’ve won a few

"Luckily my loss’s are a lot less than they could of Been but I’ve still lost around 35 grand and it’s my right to vent , I fully understood the risk. I’m still in this for the gamble all be it at a lower level but I still risk losing a further 35 grand if we go bust or stand to break even if we go to 1.40"

Haven’t bought anymore just holding my remaining position. Finding it hard to get excited about a 20% increase based on trades of 400 quid a time , infact it’s a bit baffling but I’ll take it. Must of been oversold now they are only prepared to sell low and give away higher.

1.5P come and wake me up again :-)

Fact is myself and most on here have been sucked in here with dishonest comms , economical with the truth protecting their big pay packets.

I will leave the rest of my holding for now but want to see real proof of progress.

You sold out in a pique of negativity and then you bought back in on a weird surge of optimism and look at me type posts. I am not sure what changed between you selling and buying in again, but you certainly didn't buy in on any new information given, you did so because the price had dropped and looked like it was going back up again.
You have tried to trade it and you got caught out and now you try and pass the blame on to others. Your trading strategy is your own, you are happy to take the compliments when it goes right, so take the responsibility when it doesn't....

Reality is hitting home now. I’ve lost big time here but it’s my own greedy fault !! What to do now. I was hoping to be wrong.

Why is Hans camp costing us money to let go ? Can someone explain. Seems a lot of money on an impairment charge.

We did make something , we now make no profit. We make a gross profit and not a net profit.

The removal of the major client was the defining moment.

Don’t be fooled by a company that brings in money of it makes no profit after everyone is paid.

As it happens I’m happy to hang about and punt this but I’ve wrote the money off as a gamble. I’m thinking worst case this will drop to 5 million market cap so I’ve calculated I will either lose half my money or double my money which will see me achieve a small profit.

So everything is on Leigh creek cashflows and that’s why I’m nervy as we have heard nothing.

I understand the chance for a JV or left field news also.

That’s my cards on the table and I’m to deep in to sell at a loss , I’ve doubled down so to speak and I’m hopeful , just annoyed :-) I will give it a break.

I have calculated it roughly takes me 48 hours from hearing John to forgiving him :-)

I do believe in the guy and believe he’s honourable.

I just feel they have been unlucky and maybe the silence on Leigh creek is to be more realistic. I just worry that nothings happening. What’s the harm in an update ? Are they just getting all the bad news out in the open before buying themselves in an open period ?

I guess they don’t care about the SP for now. I do see the possibility we could drop even further on a poorly recieved set of accounts. However I see the floor at around 8 million market cap.

Keep thinking this can’t go any lower then it does !

I’ve now lost a lot of money here and I will admit that but I’ve been lucky elsewhere and I would it likely lost even more had I not sold two thirds of my holding 1.50 area.

Did I think we would drop to 0.76 (earlier)
2-3 months ago I would of put the odds of that as 100-1

Another slide but one feels it can go up just as fast as it went down. Won’t be buying anymore as means selling other shares. So my tactic is now to ignore this like it’s dead to me !!

Surely this is overdone now , who would of thought it. It now seems a punt on Leigh creek.,the fact nobody is buying is maybe due to us been forgotten.

People will jump on any good news and send this up 40% , I can see it happening but I’m not brave enough this time to risk more.

Thank God I sold out lots at 1.50 as I’d be off the bridge now , but I didn’t think it would go this low and recently bought 28 grands worth at 1.04

Still ok with that but I’d like to hope the boards full tilt. Still have decent assets and a chance here.
