Ok been doing some research , this is the relevant law "Special company resolutions must be passed by a three-quarters majority of the votes cast at the shareholders’ meeting, whether by a show of hands or on a poll."
The situation as is, is that Magic and SKH between them own 69.7% of shares , assuming they both vote in favour on the one share one vote system . There are 1,386,670,834 shares in circulation of which, these 2 companies own 967,048,345, so not many smaller private investors need to vote to get this over the line, and on the previous votes, once you bring magic into the mix, this will get over the line. I don't think votes are calculated on 1 share 1 vote looking at figures from the previous meeting, but however they are weighted, this resolution should get over the line.
