Since launch and raising 1.8 million last July.

Study Highlights:
Β· Social Interaction and Information Transfer: AW21003 enhanced observer animals' ability to learn and retain information, as evidenced by increased consumption of a demonstrated (correct) flavoured diet versus a novel (incorrect) one.
Β· Behavioural Safety Indicators: Unlike MDMA, a comparative test standard known to induce stereotyped behaviours (e.g., flat body posture and lateral head weaving), AW21003-treated animals exhibited no such behaviours, suggesting a favourable safety profile.
Β· Unique Observations: Test-standard animals preferred the correct diet, indicating baseline pro-social tendencies in the experimental design. AW21003-treated animals displayed complex preferences requiring further investigation.
The study was led by Dr. Madeline King, Assistant Professor in the School of Life Sciences, Faculty of Medicine & Health Sciences at the University of Nottingham.

Shares in Solvonis Therapeutics PLC rose 15% after the company confirmed that the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) supports AWKN-002 progression directly to phase IIb clinical trials without additional data.
AWKN-002, an oral thin film of esketamine combined with structured alcohol education, is being developed to treat alcohol use disorder.
The FDA also approved the use of the 505(b)(2) pathway, allowing existing data from other esketamine products to streamline development and accelerate market

In-vitro screening for SERT, DAT, and NET release - Evotec appointed by Awakn to lead key preclinical testing.
To ensure the highest standard of preclinical validation, Awakn has appointed Evotec, a globally recognised leader in drug discovery and development, to conduct in-vitro screening for SERT, DAT, and NET release activity.
Evotec brings world-class expertise in:
Β· Neurotransmitter pharmacology
Β· High-throughput screening
Β· Precision drug discovery
Evotec's analysis will provide critical insights into the candidates' ability to modulate neurotransmitter release, a key mechanism underpinning AWKN-SDN-14's therapeutic potential.
This in-vitro testing phase, which builds on the positive animal testing results, is expected to be completed by the end of July 2025, aligning with the revised Programme timeline.

Positive progress on European Patent Application for the AWKN-SDN-14 programme
Also so far and not to jinx it long term large holders ain't sold a bean since taking positions last year.
So anything less than 0.10p would be a sort term kick to the balls. Market needs to start playing ball here. Hopefully once funding is done it will be the much overdue catalyst to get this into fair value region of 0.45 to 0.6p range.
Β£9-12 million value. Surely am not the only one who thinks this is undervalued.
