Any new potential investors influenced by the relentless negative stuff from stt1 would have lost a huge opportunity to make money by now.
Also I agree that his unbridled attack on long-term private investors is rather odd.
It doesn't add up - I'm sure readers can form their own opinion.
stt1 attacks from every possible (and some impossible angles) and promotes negativity against Tremor's history, right through to the forthcoming placing.

What appetite there is for Tremor, Once listed on Nasdaq, remains to be seen.

Tosca have been selling because the sp has been rising.
Their portfolio is not balanced on the number of share in a particular company but the market value.

The court case is because Alphonso reneged on a deal and it may be settled out of court eventually.

stt1 has been hoisting himself on his own petard for years.

Tremor may have some work cut out in trying to attract interest inside the U.S.
I expect they know what they are doing.
I am cautiously optimistic.

Wild speculation and connecting D with A or comparing potatoes with apples is not scientific research nor is it valid in a court of law.
Scurrilous drip-dripping of tentative half-baked ideas is frankly appalling and just intended to scare people off.

Do we know for a fact that Tremor intend to use treasury shares to raise working capital?
I would guess not.

If one of Tremor's big institutional investors were to make a bid it would make sense to do so before the U.S. listing.
If Tremor wanted to tie up with or be taken over by a U.S. adtech company it might be easier after a listing.

stt1 was very recently saying U.S. ad tech companies were down by huge amounts.
That the recent rise in Tremor was a one-off U.S. presidential election effect.
That all manner of issues were at play.
Now he opines that it is all about to be dominated by entanglement with U.S. ad tech.
They go up then we go up, they go down we follow.
Certainly there is more opportunity (and risk) in the U.S. but we will have to wait and see.
Wild guesses and speculation are not very reliable.
