I know we live in a world of instant gratification, and I am not a medical expert, but it does strike me that some seem to have developed an unreasonable expectation around the development timeframe of a new drug. Testing is critical, but think about it - some people have needed 5,6 or 7 tests to get an accurate reading from an 'approved' test. Now, imagine what would happen if there were unintended consequences of taking a drug because it had not been trialled properly with the same level of 'inaccuracy' or possible side effects They cannot and I believe will not cur corners and I firmly believe they cannot go quicker than they are - they know the prize that is at stake both commercially and with regards to human lives. Also remember, this is also about trying to help patients not just for covid19, but also patients who are vulnerable from lung issues with a who range or viruses - so there is also a long term transformational drug at stake here. So, in my opinion, let them get on with it, don't expect them to RNS every single bit of detail - they will update as soon as is possible with firm news. No amount of suggesting they provide an update to stop share price declines is going to make this trial go any faster. All IMO and GLA invested.

Anybody actually received their dividend yet? RNS said it would be paid 30th April as I recall?

Decent first day. Settling at around $12.75 - so showing a 50% rise of that day - although that puts us not far off where we closed on AIM before the move. ...with a fairly chunky capital raise. Hopefully just the start of its new journey. GLA.

Personally I disagree it was to do with that. The RNS came out this morning and the share was trading ok. It was the Norwegian news that spooked the market.

Yup. So you either see it as a horrific market to operate in or you see it as less competition potentially making it marginally better for anyone that can see ithis through. Don't know enough about them to know how they compare from a route perspective.

Suspended because of move to the NASDAQ. Suspension and removal from AIM was always coming.

Should be an interesting and transformational time for the company.

What i personally like is that all the company comments are very balanced based on what I continue to read. Nobody is trying to promise the world and create even more extreme pressure on the company due to an ‘out of control’ share price etc. This current position is the result of many years of hard graft and the company are going to ensure they do this properly. Yes, they of course want this to succeed and ideally quickly, but not because of any ‘corner cutting’ or over promising. It all indicates a ‘yes, this is what we are hoping the drug will do and we will update you as soon as is possible once we have the results’. For me, that’s how I much prefer it. Personally I can do without a roller coaster share price ride where people keep calling for an RNS. I have absolute faith they are working as quickly but as safely as possible and will provide the results just as soon as they are available - fine by me.

No big surprises, nice balance sheet, will continue to add on dips. Very quiet board....me, myself and I....

Just to add....it mentions Panorama tonight but also says that the ‘results are due the end of June, although it would face further tough trials before it could be rolled out’. Doesn’t say how long those tough checks would take....not sure if that is a reference to phase 3.

I don’t think we need to worry about whether it’s one or the other. It probably needs a ****tail of 3 or 4 or 5 different drugs to crack this. In addition, I still believe there is a real need for something that can get straight into the lungs on top of anything else. Like others have said, this isn’t just about Covid19 as it was never originally for this, but clearly it does provide a rather unique opportunity for a hugely accelerated commercial growth whilst helping people to live. If this works, this company transforms for the long term...however that may look. There are a whole load of other viruses that cause terrible lung issues meaning sufferers could benefit hugely if the results are good. GLA

Have you read the verbatim of what Mr B said? I cannot imagine for one second that he will be purchasing another airline stock in the near future. Imagine how it would look too...’.I got it wrong’ he said, so Mr B, ( and it has cost him a few billion) what did you do next, ‘I bought a share of an airline’.......sorry, I cannot see it at all. He does not see people flying the same miles in three or even four years that they did last year. I really want to be positive being a holder....but this is going to be a very turbulent ride for a while. I recognise everyone has a different view and strategy and I firmly believe this will come through it....and I want it to.....but as for MR B buying a stake in IAG, I don’t see it at all. Can the price go lower, absolutely....Wil it.....I don’t know.....but I am looking carefully for treatment/vaccine/unemployment stats before any further move. Also keen to see what happens to business travel. Filling the front of the plane is key....how much business travel has gone for many years, maybe ever.....who knows, but if the predictions about corporate offices emptying forever then it is one to watch. Happy to miss catching the bottom if it means I am way more comfortable with my additional investment.

Kev. I posted some thoughts here yesterday. You will get both extremes to answer your question - from £1 to £5 etc. Fundamentally you should decide based on your risk appetite, your portfolio and your research/opinion as ultimately it is your money that you are investing/trading. I am a holder and said I would add when I feel comfortable, For me, however, I am not really measuring that on a number yet as there are wild swings. For context, one broker in the US gave AA a stock price value of $1 today. The airline industry is unfortunately one of the worst impacted industries from a commercial perspective. Right now it would take a lot for many to fly. Nearly all US carriers have announced that masks will be compulsory and are working out what special on-board operations will need to look like. That’s after you make it to and through the airport. Competition in terms of air fares will also be brutal - anything to get passengers on your aircraft instead of the competition. So, I am monitoring news feed, and would invest when I feel there is a compelling (safe) proposition that enables people to get back on the planes confident that basically they will not get sick from the virus. Right now it’s not there for me, and the scale of the impact on the business is too severe for me to consider further investment......but I am watching. Good luck with your decision.

I don’t believe HL will let you buy until the stock re-lists on the NASDAQ. Any stock currently held with them is also not tradeable as it is temporarily held with HSBC. Other dealing services do seem ok.

Regrettably this is not an uncommon post. I got fed up with their system issues and perhaps more importantly, their inability to communicate when they were experiencing issues. It just tells you to call up.....but they are not resourced to handle increases when on-line down, so you miss your trade anyway. Best suggestion from me, have a few accounts and learn which ones are best and which are a good back-up. Most of them have pros and cons. Not ideal for cashflow on occasions but some seem better able to handle trades when volume is high.

Hi Agent. Sorry, haven’t been checking in here so could not respond. I was surprised at the price achieved over the last couple of days....it felt pretty high considering climate, even though i like the business. I was a buyer in the 6s but would not be in the 9s. ...the risk reward doesn’t do it for me at that level. Happy to be wrong, just my opinion.

Interesting.....I assume you are not invested then! I see you post a lot on CWD too. I’m sure there’s nothing in it........
