Travel to europe is very political at present whatever your personal view on Brexit. It didn't make sense in my mind for Portugal to be open whilst Spain wasn't. That said the islands of Spain, Greece etc have been prioritised for vaccination and should have been opened to fully vaccinated people, though using the governments own words now 'children are vectors' and we're seeing it pop up in schools quite a bit, so testing for them.
As much as I like France, Napoleon M isn't doing much for the case of brits spending their money there, whereas who could argue against Malta or the greek islands? Open up I say

Inflation has been with us for a while, can't print that much money, shatter supply lines and it go any other way. IMHO opening up should be via the NHS app (Covid passport), not the easily faked piece of paper they give us. a negative test within 72hrs of leavings I that’d pretty much eliminate anyone caught in a hot spot.. Then those that want to can travel and those that can’t, can’t. Pays you’re money takes your chance as chances are lots would still holiday at home anyway.

12 month forecasts - pretty mixed bag 110 > 162 so a bit of upside?

Well the FT's forecast is 230 > 277 over the next 12 months so hopefully :) I like blue

FT forecast in the next 12 months 110 - 169, but its painful waiting with a be of 1.12 on 48k, still its slowly creeping back

Great news to see that RR is getting press for its SMR's. Should do several companies good, including RR who have a known and established product (military) that needs to be commercialised. We need to overcome the Nimby's and after all our French 'friends' have shown we are open to energy blackmail.

Well, interesting article in the FT re SMR's and RR consortium with Lang O'Rourke and Jacobs. Beginning of a 4 year regulatory assessment / plan.
