Pretty straightforward chart now.

Resistance short 0.9, medium 0.95, long 1.1

Supports, .675, .68, .73

We have closed well above .73 which strongly indicates an end to the bearish down trend.

My interpretation expects us to go above 0.9 soon.

May go higher but 9’s are back on the cards.

A close above 0.9 will be very positive for us while we await news.

I wouldn’t pin too much hope on the Lithium assets. If they were in the US that may be different but lithium prices have likely peaked now. China has secured resource from SA and also with the change in macro, inflation and supply side constraints the rush to upgrade to EV’s may be on the back burner for a while.

In any event the Bolivian assets are ‘in discussions’ as is Chad. Ghana looks more promising but that is on the back burner awaiting a new regulatory framework.

It’s all about this drill imo and if they achieve success that may enable the company to do other things but the best play may be to prove up and sell up returning the cash to shareholders.

Sometimes cashing out as opposed to chasing pipe dreams is not a bad option. You only have to look at the charts of other resource plays even those fully funded to see there are no guarantees of a SP revival!

Anyways just my view fwiw

I am a fan of your posts and tick all up! But come on Txp is 2% of your pf!

I don’t even post on such lowly holdings!

TXP is and will for the foreseeable remain my no 1 conviction position and that’s at a level of 3x my next 3 holdings of PXC, GCAT and SAVE which are all fairly equal in terms of £’s (London).

I am and remain in the camp that we have significant resources to come on line.

Furthermore, we have transformational 0&G opportunities that are of a decent cos to add to our pf.

The numbers in the last corp presentation are of mind blowing potential!

This is as good as it gets in terms of risk reward v time and macro as far as I am concerned!

I have managed to trade my way down to .84 now.

I may sell a mill on way back up as used all my resources now but was always confident that value will out in the end.

It’s just when the flipping end is! That’s where TA comes in. Once it held off of 67 it looked like bottom and 7s were getting firmer all the time.

Can never be sure, but that’s where the asset value comes in.

Never buy or trade a stock you don’t want to be caught holding. Well that’s my mantra and I intend to hold here at least up to the TZ development.

Have split this one now 50:50 with PXC where I also have for me a significant position.

Atm on ii it’s .81 to buy and .7611 to sell for 500k.

I just paid .8099 for 500k, my previous 500k a bit earlier was .7799.

I split my buys but wish I hadn’t this time!

Still under a Penny will hopefully look ridiculous in December!

Taking any price to offload now. .3874 to buy 1m but NT to sell.

Must say caught me out this one insofar as I expected to be paying more into the close not less!

Still nothing really has changed. Bet placed see what Monday brings.

If it’s a strike chances are the seller will then hold. If it’s a duster that’s the risk taken!

It’s really not difficult to read now the question that was TZ has been predominantly answered.

Close in the 8’s and 6’s are gone
Close in the 9’s and 7’s are gone
Close in the 1’s and 8’s are gone

That’s about as good as it will get for now without news as 1’s is our recovery resistance.

But don’t you wish you now bought the 6’s?
If so don’t miss out on the 7’s!

Peeps clearly don’t get the odds….

Because a casino will give you a 100% pay out on red/black. CLON will give you much more say 10x payout for a 3 to 1 odds which in reality is now closer to 50:50.

So a red black bet that say pays 10x (caveated by results) and you don’t loose all of your money unlike in a casino if the bet goes against you.

Indeed it is hence the attraction of a NSR / rate combo within a commodity superscycle. BoD are super confident of getting finance away. Big attraction is asset and postcode.

US are very keen to develop native commodities to drive electrification and multi trillion Keynesian infrastructure spend. Legislators have been most supportive. Biden is picking up from where Trump left so it’s a bipartisan initiative.

But nonetheless finance is always a primary concern. That’s why the SP is where it is.

21.3p paid and the SP has held up!

Outlook is unchanged and acquisitions to drive growth.

TA alone indicates we claw our way back to 400p.

That’s a nice yield to tuck away for buyers now as we should still be looking at +16p annual divi even after discounting this bumper payment that yielded +10%.

See you can find these gems if you DYOR and yet the brokers seem to overlook them. CMCX is my next big yield payout and that’s on a run as well now!

Don’t think seal or trap is an issue. It’s a case of wether the gas has spilt to where we are. All the seismics indicate that that is a high possibility. Most importantly the logging data thus far indicates that the results are analogous with the near by Mentorc-1 and Mentorc-2 discoveries.

If they re run the CoS again it could now be 50%!

Temple we are out of sync for the first time. I am buying SEPL back now. I think with China lockdown easing and bullish poo we will move back to 130. Got my last lot at 119 average 117.

Wow down 4% yesterday up 4.67% so far today! Pretty good liquidity as well. A traders dream this one! Trade the fringes keep a core long term position from these ‘bargain’ levels!

Breaking the deal down to more manageable size and timelines is good business. It’s also in Tyacks interest that terms are mutually affordable.

Obvious benefits are more time for operational news to improve SP, gold sales, assay results MRE etc.

That also opens up possibilities of alternative non dilutive finance arrangements if needed.

Tyacks have a vested interest via the SPA for improved SP.

We are still gaining assets just in stages and prioritising the possibility of a shallow open pit mine to feed more revenues.

I don’t think anyone expected a smooth ride. I do think everyone is surprised at the lowly mcap but likewise I think most would afford credit to the BoD for being flexible and adapting to market challenges whilst having a clear plan in place to generate revenues.

As I have said before the first reflective SP marker will be end of December. In the meantime the stock will be traded by investors to be in the best position possible whether that’s selling and rebuying or just buying and holding. It’s all part of the SP maturity but the main thing is the company is underpinned by tangible assets and growing revenues.
